My square POS system crashes after a few transactions... I need to hard reset it each time and "set up" the system as a new machine and login each time. Anyone else have this issue?
My square works sometimes and in the same day doesn’t work.
I am unable to log in using Edge browser on my laptop. I get the error message "could not sign in". I can login via apps on my phone, as well as using Edge browser on my phone. So everywhere but my laptop. No other sites have issues. It has worked for years, then suddenly stopped about 3 months ago.
Square app closes after employees clock out. I've restarted the iPad, updated the IOS, force quit the app, reinstalled the app, and it still does it.
Square app won’t open when using cellular but opens immediately using Wi-Fi. It’s the only app with this problem and it’s on 7 apple devices all have been updated reset deleted reinstalled switched on and all worked well previously
I am a beta tester for House Accounts. It's been working fine but a customer tried to make a purchase today and everytime we choose HOUSE ACCOUNT as the payment, it spins for a second saying it's looking up the house account and then the app crashes and closes out. We've attempted this over 20 times now. I have the latest version. Not understanding what is going on.
I keep trying to get into my square app to connect my square to make POS and the app crashes. I had a fair yesterday and it kept crashing. I uninstalled and reinstalled, turn phone on and off and it is still happening
