Get Pricing Info for WEUNGRYI live in Hendersonville NC and go to the Little Caesars Pizza at 675 Spartanburg Hwy. My problem is: They rarely answer the phone. I go there about 3 times a week usually. But when they will not answer the phone I must drive to the store and then wait until my pizza is ready. This is very inconvenient. This has been going on since April and May of this years. After calling 7 times this past Friday, someone finally answered. I was told that they were not taking phone orders. What the heck? I had wanted to used them for two parties back in the summer. I needed about 12 pizzas for both parties but they would not answer the phone. So I had to go to Pizza Hut instead. It's like they don't want the business and can't be bothered. And they have plenty of help. So that is not the reason. I tried to call customer service and speak with someone but surprize.....no one answered that phone either. You are really losing a lot of business as there are other people besides myself who are having the same issue with this store. I would like you to get back with me please. 828-699-5531. I am about to give up and just go to another place where they answer the phone and where my business is wanted.
I am checking on my case that I reported on June 23, 2023, where I fell over a chair at the Little Caesars on Pisgah Church Road in Greensboro, North Carolina, I have heard nothing from you all and would like to know what your intentions are, My foot is still in pain and it is numb, I told the lady Regina when I fell that I was okay, but after leaving the store later that afternoon, my foot started to swell and I couldn't put any weight on it so I went to Urgent Care, where they did x-ray's and discovered that I had a fracture, they put me in a boot & crutches. The next day they sent me to Orth Carolina in Winston Salem, NC where I received CT Scan of my foot and they gave me a walker to use instead of the crutches. I missed a week of work because of the injury. Please let me know what is happening with this claim. I have called and left messages on Angela's voice mailbox at the number 602-752-9579 and she still has not returned my call. I have talked to two other people in customer service and they have said someone would call me, but no one has. Thank You, Ella McDaniel
I went to lil Cesar’s pizza on gage in Kennewick I told the STORE MANAger I wanted I hit fresh pizza said it was fresh I made the MISTAKE NOT to check it it was cold hard and looked almost black the store manager gaive me no recit bad customer survice and bad food I called back and still treated me like crap he has tattoo sleeves I hope he get fired.
Can't find a way to make pizza with lite sauce, have to go out of app to make a recommendation or complaint. No reason to use app if you can't customize your pizzas... or order ahead, otherwise just get in line after you arrive.

I don't like how the app forces you to use Apple Pay instead of manually enter a credit card number. What if I wanted to use a different card?
I also don't enjoy how the app doesn't tell you from which pizza location the delivery will be coming from. I had a coupon for a free pizza but did not give me the option on the app, so I had to call several locations just to figure out which one my order was on so I'd be able to ask them to add the pizza to the delivery. This was very inconvenient as I was simply trying to send an order to my friend who lives in a different location of town from me. Another reason this is a bad design is because when I called the location for the delivery, they told me delivery is for the app only. So you are forced to use this terrible app.
Lastly, I don't like how when you check out as a guest, you can't go back and see the status of your order. You have to figure out which location it is and call if you have a question or alteration on the order. Dominos, for example, tells you when they're firing up your pizza, when it gets out of the oven and keeps you updated every step of the way. Little Cesar's app logs you out and you can't check on your order, it just resets which is very irritating.

I ordered my pizza online 30 min prior and arrived at the time the app said to be there. On a Thursday at 11….not a busy time at all. I arrived and waited 5 min and wasn’t acknowledged. I asked the clerk at the gas station if I needed to ring a bell and she said yes. At that time another customer came in behind me. When the Little Cesars clerk came she said she would take the person behind me?!?! I was so confused but I stepped back and was polite. Then after she completely checked out the lady that was behind me, she informed me that my pizza was just being put into the oven. So I took my kids to the car and waited. I walked back in and she still said she was waiting on my pizza. Then I asked for the manager and that’s when it got crazy. She started yelling at me, telling me she was tired of ungrateful customers. Literally yelling at me, the entire store could hear here. The other manager was there, apologizing on her behalf and was just as taken aback as I was that she was having a tantrum. All for a $5 pizza, you can keep it next time. I don’t spend money on anything to be treated so poorly like that. No thank you.

I placed an order using the app, showed up to the store and was told that since they didn't have ham, they hadn't made the Hawaiian I had ordered and I would need to go online to request a refund. They had my phone number from when I submitted the order and could have called me shortly after I placed the order and before I arrived at the store to ask me what I would like then to do. They didn't. They didn't have any other pizza ready at the time, so I left, without enough pizza. I contacted them using the survey on their website, which is the only method they offer of providing customer support. It has been more than a week and I have not even received an acknowledgment that I contacted them. Worst part is it's not the only time it has happened to me. A few weeks ago an order I placed on the app didn't have the crazy bread ready when I arrived at the store. I was told it would be about 15 minutes to wait. Crazy bread is good, but not with a 15 minute wait while your pizza gets cold.
