Premium doesn’t offer much else

I resorted to using this app due to a language barrier between my client and I. High hopes and saw great reviews. Unfortunately, It never performed to my expectations. The basic translator is great but, I needed the speech option to work. There clearly was an icon to use but, had no function whatsoever. Proceeded to become a premium member, thinking I’d be able to then use this speech option. No luck, same result. There’s no subscription to cancel, only a $20 “upgrade”. I wrote to the customer service/developer, all I was told was to cancel my subscription; which there isn’t any. I’d honestly appreciate if they’d just compensate my investment.

This app only plays audio for the English version. So if you’re looking to translate a phrase into Farsi and actually want to hear the translation, good luck to you - won’t happen. I’ve emailed and complained several times hoping this could be fixed. No response. Crappy app. Don’t waste your money.

Maker if this dictionary just thinks about money!by every word there is an advertisement! Especially when you are in hard situations and need to know the meaning of word,this too much advertisements nervous you and take so long times!
