I used this app for a trip to Europe. I had a native Turkish speaker with me who reviewed the translations,And over 130 conversational attempts only FOUR were translated properly. Some were incomprehensible and seriously flawed. My friend said there’s no way a non-English speaking Turk would have understood what I meant via the translator. Google free translator did just as well, and better a few times. Definitely not worth paying for, which I did.
Also, when attempting to cancel the subscription there is no option to do so under settings. The entire experience was disappointing.

The app works well except you need WiFi to use it. So in situations where you need it most - when you don’t have WiFi - you can’t use it. More importantly, I’m trying to cancel it before the free trial ends and there’s no way to do it. The faq’s are in italian because I’m in Italy, and there is no clear way to switch the language. they will charge me tomorrow and they claim to take 2 business days to respond to email requests, which is their only form of technical support. So only get it if you are willing to pay - it’s frustrating otherwise and probably in violation of federal regulations.

I wanted to try it and it made me pay just to know if not then instead just make this app not free instead just when you go in the app you don’t pay this is a waste of time and money I couldn’t barley use it and it might not work to cancel and also it’s just one week and that’s it it almost a lot of money just to keep paying after a month or something I don’t know I don’t like this very very bad can’t I just use it normally like what if I need it now I have to pay and there is no way to translate what people are saying a waste of my time
