Sono X10 pro stops audio 3 seconds into starting and I can’t get it to have audio again

I download the app on my iPhone and it has no audio when I try to play app. Am I doing something wrong? I checked my sound settings and get audio on other downloaded apps. I paid $3.00 for this app too.
