My hubby has hard rock but everytime he goes on it puts him in my account we tried changing the profile from me to him but it says it will delete me will it delete me completely or just on his computer????? I have like 4 billion points and I have alot of gems I do not want to lose. Thanks

Will not let me place bet. Worked fine for a couple of weeks.
I just loaded the app, added money to my account, but am unable to place the first promotional bet that they advertised (No Sweat Bet up to $100). Very frustrating.
I placed a bet and when I looked at the live bets it switched my beat to something different. I know for a fact I selected what I thought my bet was and the app did whatever it wanted. I reached the live chat and the guy repeated the same statements, would not respond and I kept asking I wanted to talk to someone else after almost two hours he disconnected the chat. I am livid and now out money. I took screenshots of all.

Hi I have just signed up to your app and it keeps telling me that I can't no be located in a state where they can accept sport bets. I live in florida, and I have many friends that use this app with no problem.
