I don’t know if it was because first 3 day trial or what but when I connect to WiFi at work if disconnects and make it insecure. Another thing when I try to add it to the MacBook Pro, it cannot find the computer nor does it have a link or system where your Apple ID will be on the MacBook but for iPad and iPhone great. On the MacBook can’t even get on safari and sometimes my keyboard would not type at all.

It did work, but at the same time I am quite disappointed with the fact that I tried to cancel the subscription, sent a message to SecureVPN support and never got an answer back and no cancelation was done. Besides that, it does not appear on the iPhone subscriptions, so I was just being surprised with a payment every year.

I am subscribe to the annual subscription. However, I could not get into the customer service after I have trouble connecting more device. Especially the guidance in the website is not working.
I really need this to be working on my phone. But if there is no response within this week. I am going to cancel.

I am a paying customer and my emails to their "customer support" have gone unanswered. It says 24/7 support on their website, thats a lie. Ive been trying to remove a device from the five that are allowed. Nothing on their website. Useless
