When Envoy crashes/ doesn’t allow login, it makes the sign in process for our entire company that much more of a hassle. Generally is slow to load the confirmation screen so there’s always people lingering around security waiting for their confirmation screen to come up.

It seems like a couple of times a week everyone in the office has to delete and reinstall. The days we don’t do that we have to log out and back in. The reason being Envoy NEVER refreshes itself. Doesn’t matter if you sign out every day or not. I DO NOT recommend.

This is a great idea! When I’m visiting, allow me to do a 1-click sign in. However, I don’t really think you need to know my location all the time.
So, I have a routine: when I go someplace that has this app, I allow location always, get my badge, and then switch back to “while using”.
But still, I only want to share my location while I’m using Envoy ...

Downloaded Envoy to “make the sign-in process easier” as a guest at my partner’s workplace. What follows is my experience with it in the first 10 minutes.
Filled out the info, received the confirmation email (on my phone as instructed by Envoy ), and Envoy opens... and nothing... as annoying as a stuck loading screen can be.
Tried 3 times, even trying to tap the link in the email and then allowing Envoy to open directly, THEN tried cancelling the first dialog box and allowing the tap of the web browser button to allow the call to open Envoy . It would appear that the registration process is either broken or servers are down? But as a first experience, this was the worst it could be. Hence, 1 Star. Might give it a go again if it gets fixed. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love Envoy, but it would be great if I could add my pass to the wallet and have that show up on my locked screen (like how airline tickets show up) after I register/sign in to the school/job for entry. I hate having to go through my phone to find Envoy and open it to show to the guard at my school….

The latest release seems to now require users to go to their email account to find a barcode sent by this app, rather than entering their email and password. Which means that those of who don’t have access to their company’s email on their phone are out of luck if they want to check in when they are not in front of their computer. I’d love it if this app could do something about this so that I’ll actually be able to check in when I arrive at my office in the future. Oh, and I’d also suggest adding the ability to submit feedback like this through Envoy , so we don’t need to do it in Envoy Store.

My company uses the this app app for daily Covid screening. It is too easy to answer “yes” on the drop down menu. Then I’m told that I can’t come to work. There is no way to update my answers either. A button select would be a better UI than drop-down menu. Or allow users a mulligan.

We often have guests in our building for 3-5 days at a time. It would be nice if I could enter a multi day guest. Like an outlook calendar- without a start time would be ok.
Maybe h is feature can be turned on/off per organization.

I like the idea of this program but get annoyed that I almost always have to answer the questions twice before I get my approval. I have an iPhone, if that has anything to do with it.

I downloaded Envoy because I thought it would be cool to use since one of our clients has it. I had the location on everything seem to work but I couldn’t make the QRCode pop up. So I tried to look cool but ended up looking stupid. Thank you

You can’t view time in and out visitors. Also you cant see visitors from the past. You can see visitors day of when they sign in but the next day you dont. Fix it or i will have to delete this pointless app.

You can't tap next in the invite flow without a two word name - this seems silly and there is no error messaging to suggest that this is the problem. Tapping next is unresponsive until you fix it.

Trying to upload a photo, viewing directory, viewing permissions granted, trying to report a bug, trying to provide feedback, probably others.
No idea how well it works, other than the crazy crashing
