Horrible horrible horrible. Charged my Apple Cash twice without my permission or any proof showing I authorized it. They kept charging my card until a charge went through. Tried numerous times to cancel and get a refund via their "customer service". It was an AI loop that proved nothing. My emails were not read. No phone number to call them. Tried to chargeback with Apple, no luck. They kept sending me directions on how to cancel my account, but I could not even find an account to cancel!
Ghost company. Impossible to directly contact. Gave fake phone number to my card company when making an unauthorized recurring g debit. This is criminal.

I have been using this app for several months and there is always something wrong with it’s tracking. There are times that the location doesn’t update for days!!! Today is Sept 20th and the location for 2 of the circle members has not been updated since Sept 16th. I can’t count on this app at all. Total wast of money!

Realized that the app wasn’t providing information the way it advertises. My husband runs in areas that are not safe but I am unable to see his location history on my end unless he was driving. Sent pictures to customer support and messages for three days with no response. I would like my money back since I am not getting what I paid for.

Requested deactivation I am still not able to deactivate this account I do not want it I cannot use it and I am asking you to stop charging me I asked you to deactivate this is the very night I signed up and you guys went ahead and charge my credit card $49 I am asking you to stop this relationship I do not want this on my phone it has no good service for me it is not a good fit please cancel immediately cancel
