The same ad plays every time I open the app and it doesn’t go away, no matter where I tap. App is unusable because of this ad.

Já a dois dias onde programas gravados não passam, indisponível não funciona em iPhone, iPad ou Apple TV. Além disso não respondem contato pela app. Falta de suporte é uma vergonha total.
