How to fix Kicks app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kicks app on iPhone
Update Kicks app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kicks iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kicks on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kicks network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kicks Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kicks not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kicks App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kicks » click [Force Stop]

Update Kicks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kicks App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kicks » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kicks.

Fix Kicks unable to contact server/ Kicks internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kicks » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kicks » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
