So, I have tryouts in less then 3 weeks. Heres the thing. I don't have a heel stretch. I'm 11 and weigh 71 pounds. I can't be a base, because I'm not very strong. I can't be front or back spot, because if they fall, I'll go down with them.
So, I'm positive I'll make the team. I have excellent jumps, tight arms, loud voice, and high in tumble skills.
I wanted to be flyer, and to improve my flexibility, I needed something to help my stretch.
I downloaded CheerleadingConditioning. Now, I'm super to close to the heel stretch and the scorpion. I haven't tried the scale yet though.
Still, CheerleadingConditioning really helps. Yah, only about 4 sessions are free, but you can repeat them.
