Have cameras all over the house and they now won’t connect to EZViewUNV and will only show on the home monitors. We’ve called customer service multiple times and they all say something different that NEVER works. Also, don’t be lazy and put your app description in ENGLISH for the American app, where most of your customers are. Everything about this company and app scream shady. You won’t receive the help you need to fix your cameras, don’t but this. Developers welcome to attempt justify this, but there’s no justification. I expected safety when my family purchased this and all I’ve gotten is non stop headaches, mainly trying to understand horribly spoken English from Chinese people located in China. I feel like I’m in the 90’s with a Dell computer all over again. DON’T BUY THEIR ITEMS!
