Spades Trickster Game Jogatina Reviews

Update #3 when I win a game, SpadesTricksterGameJogatina adds the points earned but then immediately subtracts them. I’ve gone from close to 30,000 points to less then 10,000. Should run out soon.
Another update (#2): I bet and the points are taken away but never opens a game. Just lost 1800 points three times and still no game opens up.
Update: So tired of large ads covering keyboard so you cannot bet, or play. Can’t tell other players why you can’t play either (or leave game) as everything is under ad that covers at least the bottom 1/3 of phone screen. Also game locks up many times after a win so you don’t get your points earned. PLEASE JUST GO BACK TO PLAY WITHOUT HAVING TO BET and GETTING MISPROGRAMMED BOTS to ENSURE LOOSING. Did not like that I had to sit through yet ANOTHER ad each day to earn coins I’d never use to bet. Just want to play the card game. But low and behold, the game now only gives me the option to bet coins (cannot try to play with others on line) and I’m seeing the bots are being sure I loose. I ‘bet’ once I run out of coins, the game is going to ask me to purchase coins. Why not just let people play the game? Looks like soon I’ll be moving on to another spades game.

I had paid for ad free version and they updated now I see ads and have to wait for them and they make it where you come back into the game late. I paid for this I should still have my game without disruption. Second cards were so small everyone kept throwing wrong ones and it took longer. Now cards are bigger but the bid screen is on top of seeing your cards. Seems like they hired a 10 year old to do an update. Fix my paid ad free version or refund my money. Gonna move on to different app if y’all don’t get your s##t straight
Update still horrible and still a bunch of ads that end up making my computer glitch. Have to get out and go back in constantly. Horrible. Need to find a new game

Today is Jan 13, 2024. Your app has too many bugs in its startup mode (before actually getting to play a game) to make it worth the effort to play. Ok, for the fifth time, after playing a game, I am NOT given the choice to continue playing with same people even though they have selected to play again, requiring me to exit out and restart. When opening SpadesTricksterGameJogatina , I am required to watch several ads AND do things as a guest BEFORE given the option to login with either FACEBOOK or APPLE. When yo introduced the betting mode, nothing worked. You could not even open SpadesTricksterGameJogatina . It took you several days to fix the bugs that would even allow that. The above items are what I am talking about.

Today is Mr h 24, 2024. Nothing mentioned before has been corrected. Now, I can’t even get to an actual game via FB, Apple or as a guest. Furthermore, you have to bet prior to being connected to a game. If not connected, you loose your bet. This means your cash amount decreases each time you try to play but can’t. These problems have been reported several times without any resolve or even addressing concerns therefore I have deleted SpadesTricksterGameJogatina .

Gameplay- Saying nothing of the fact that the programming of the bots in the game is painfully lacking, the alleged issue with the bots cutting tricks they don’t need to make their bids while not covering your nil bid has NOT been fixed. There is a clear algorithm in the background of the card distribution that allows for closer competition, especially true when competing against bots. Suffice to say the card distribution is not random in any game mode.

Advertisements- Entirely too many and too often, they are too obtrusive, oftentimes popping up unexpectedly and covering significant parts of the screen (like your cards that you need to see,) and having no way to get rid of them. You cannot rejoin a game you’ve left. Interestingly enough, for giggles, I tested the “countdown timer” on how long I had to wait to view the next ad to get the bonus 215 coins.. I’m not sure what timekeeping system they are using to track 20 minutes, but it isn’t one based in our universe. Jogatina- despicable. You know what you did with the clock. Fix that, and don’t be frauds.

I down loaded this game years ago for $.99. Since then I have watched it get better and better. Then more people started playing and more ads started coming on with every update. Now it keeps getting worse and worse. Now it’s like they don’t care about the player. It’s all about getting ad money. I shouldn’t even be seeing the ads since I paid for SpadesTricksterGameJogatina .
They need to figure out a way to ban the players that come in blind nil get bad cards and leave. This is so irritating for the players that just want to have a good game at lunch.
They will just ban you from being able to talk to people without an explanation. I usually say hi if spoken to or chat with people if they want. But if someone gets mad then they report you and next thing you know you can’t chat and there is nothing you can do about it.
The ads they put at the end keep you from playing another game with the same people again. For that I take a star away.
So just like a lot of the other apps. The improvements and greediness has lead to poor quality.

Constantly kicks me off and after several times of trying, I can’t even get into a table. I’ve tried customer service atleast 100x with no response… still. You’re penalized with trash hands when you leave a game but if you’re placed with someone that automatically bids a BLIND nil, why would I stay? I get mutted for communicating things like “stop holding the game” because alot of internet trolls literally don’t play their card until the very last second… repeatedly. That user then flags me bc I spoke in the chat. Seemingly SpadesTricksterGameJogatina administrators just mute you automatically now. Maybe understaffed? Idk but it’s unnecessary. Also, the freezing in the middle of games! The worse. Oddly it’s when my team is winning. But Here again you have to exit the game (fyi there’s no other way to go back in the game you were in).. wait thru a 1000 ads, just to wait to connect again. Just over it. I’ve enjoyed some aspects of SpadesTricksterGameJogatina but at this point I’ll look elsewhere. - Former supporter of over 6 yrs.

This WAS my go to card game when bored. Last update ruined it for me. The graphics are less desirable; cards are smaller, controllers a bit fickled. The speed of card play is also worse. The regular setting is too fast, and slow is painfully slow. Before the update, this was not a problem. And now, TWO ads per hand dealt rather than one! And I have to wait for both to actually finish, despite the ad not being anything I’d purchase.

No, there are too many Spade options in SpadesTricksterGameJogatina Store and my reasons for sticking with this one are now gone. Guess now the competition gets a chance. Probably not the developer’s intent, but sometimes that’s what happens when you don’t beta test your changes before throwing it in production.

I’ve reported this problem many times, but it continues without change. I prefer to play against the hard bots so my achievement is measured by how many games I win, or loose, against the bots. Since the last major update the win/ loss reports have been totally screwed up - inevitably showing a number of games abandoned. What? There are no abandoned games, every game is played to a conclusion. I have reported this a number of times, nothing gets fixed. I’m not a programmer but I’m guessing it’s not that hard to find and fix? I play mostly on my iPhone X, and I install all updates as they come. What’s up guys? I seldom have the difficulties others report here, but this issue has me out looking for a different Spades game.

Best gameplay of any spades application in SpadesTricksterGameJogatina store. Game speed, graphics and features are top notch. Over time the number of ads and length of each ad has increased reducing gameplay. I’ve toughened it out for many updates. But at this time the ads have become too much. You literally have a 30second ad after each hand is played. You find yourself never quite in the rhythm of playing these matches & become distant from the actual application. I’m deleting the application in hopes that one day developers can find a better balance for collecting their coins and not sacrificing gamership completely. Thank You.

I have had issues with the way the program is written from the first time I played it. If you are nil and the player to your left leads a high card, your “partner” plays off a high card when he has lower in his hand. This sometimes allows the opps to set me because of my partner’s stupid play. OR if I’m nil and my partner decides to trump a suit, they play their highest spade, thereby not having it in case I need a card covered. This isn’t a well written software at all. Now with the update, the cards are harder to play, at times requiring me to have to swipe multiple times in order to get it played. Also, the breaking glass when spades are broken is stupid. That is totally unnecessary.

Since the last update it seems that the ads are getting worse. They seem like they are getting longer before you can close them out and there are more of them. I’m in the middle of a Multi Player match and I have to sit thru 30 seconds of ads. I really like this game and I enjoy playing it. I’ve tried a lot of the others out there and this is one of my favorites but the ads are getting so bad I’m going to check out the other ones available in SpadesTricksterGameJogatina Store. I get it, it’s a Free app and you have to make some money some how. But they are getting excessive. If the developers would offer a paid upgrade to eliminate the ads I would buy it.

Even though the game is free, there are way way way way way too many ads!!! Every single hand requires at least one many seconds ad! I lose track of the strategy of my game and the cards that have been played and become distracted and bored and move on to backgammon despite spades being my fave!!my game disappears every time I reload it!!! What is wrong with jogatina???The same thing happened with jogatina hearts!!! Disappears every time or won’t load at all!! Please let me know...I played those two games for years! Makes no sense💔💔💔💔💔❣️

First, please stop asking me to rate the game every three sessions. It does not make me want to give a good rating, especially as I remember rating it in the past. I wanted to give it a 1, but I actually enjoy the game, despite the problems listed below.

Second, please have the Hard Bots actually be good. The bot I am partners with always makes extremely dumb mistakes, despite being ranked as Hard.

1) The bot continually trumps hands that we don’t need when it has non-spades in its hand, leading to lots of sandbags. I’ve watched the cards it played afterwards and almost every time we could have avoided 1 or 2 needless sandbags. It has a perverse need to trump hands it doesn’t need.

2) When going Nil, sometimes the bot does not discard the highest card it can, leading to it catching a trick in a later hand and losing us 100 points. This is a basic beginner’s mistake.

That said, the game is fun and enjoyable when I’m not frustrated by the easily avoidable mistakes by my bot partner.

The first version was way better! This version has too many commercials /ads that often times kicks me out of the entire game. Also, the computerization of the game is often delayed and / or acts up. The one thing I really like, is that if you leave the game without completing it, the program won’t allow you to play another game for 30 mins since you abandoned the last game. They should make it an hour ban if you leave an active game.

Lastly, the robots are worse at playing then the last version. If that’s possible.

I played the game before this last update. After the update I find the game to be faster moving, but sometimes herky-jerky in the movements of the cards, and the cards and numbers are so small they are harder to read on my phone. Further, this new version causes the game to freeze and it disconnects me. This occurs almost every game.
It has worked better more recently, but the screen has frozen a couple of times during a game, and then when a few minutes have gone by I am able to get a screen back, it says I have quit the game and am penalized for 15 minutes for having done so. This is quite frustrating.

Can you fix the computer so it protects you better when you go nil? If I have the king of spades it will throw out the Ace, to protect me on an off suit, a lot of times when it has a smaller spade it could’ve used so therefore I’m now set with the king. This happens A LOT and is very annoying. Please make this game even better and fix this. Also I don’t like the new update. It says I can turn off blind nil but there’s not an option when you pick what score you want. I play this game everyday and really enjoy it but I can’t stand the blind nil option.

I wrote an earlier review critical of the 3.0 update. Today, much to my surprise some positive changes were made. The card sizes were increased and that awful shattering soun when a spade is played as eliminated. Thank you! Now, if you could please reduce the box where players select their bid just a wee bit it would be perfect. Currently, the box covers part of the players hand and make bidding a challenge.

This is Spades at its best against the computer or other people. I prefer to play against the computer where I can choose the level of difficulty and come and go as I please. However, I also like the option to be linked with three other users to play a game together. I especially like the time limit for play so you aren't waiting forever for players who are no longer there. I can't think of a way to make this game better, high praise.

I love is game but there are two things about it that drives me to distraction and I hope you can fix it.
1: way too many ads!
2: I have made my mistakes but my bot makes the same mistake over and over. That mistake is, he throws a low card when he should play high. He throws low, then comes back on the same suit ...high! I understand if his back is against the wall but such is not the case!
1. my bot throws a low card when he should throw high while I'm in Nil.
2. He over trumps me without reason! I can see it if he over trumps then take on the lead, but he trumps and stops my attacks then comes back with a very weak card losing us our advantage. CAN YOU FIX HIM?
3. But no matter how many mistakes he makes, he still plays better than real people....which brings me to this question. If I decide to play in public, may I take my bot with me as my partner?

I have been playing this game for years, before the added betting mode finally happened. Since that has bee implemented the game has gone down. Nearly every game I’m in has only bits for opponents and they are unpredictable and not really good competition. I believe that the betting mode has too many issues, like one of the reviews that I read said, the coins are deducted from my balance and the game ends without my winning being added. It’s extremely frustrating and I miss the old way. I do realize that is how you are trying to earn your money by the countless ads for every game you enter, but would much rather be playing with real people. Is that a possibility?
