I had the paid version of Typorama installed on my IPhone. When I try to open it, it shows for a split second then closes. I tried to reinstall it but it still doesn't work. Thank you for your help.

How to fix Typorama app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Typorama app on iPhone
Update Typorama app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Typorama iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Typorama on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Typorama network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Typorama Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Typorama not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Typorama App
1. On android, goto Settings » Typorama » click [Force Stop]

Update Typorama to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Typorama App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Typorama » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Typorama.

Fix Typorama unable to contact server/ Typorama internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Typorama » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Typorama » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Typorama
