I have a problem with Hatch Grow

- Trying to do everything and does everything poorly

- Difficult to use with Hatch Grow Scale

- Inconsistent design and focus

- Not easy to switch between babies for multiples

- Cannot track when baby is sick, medications, vaccinations, appointments, temperature, etc.

- Plus button to add things is small and difficult to use on iPhone X.

How do I restore my pictures? I uploaded a pic a day and they're all deleted.

To resolve Hatch Grow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Hatch Grow App
1. On android, goto Settings » Hatch Grow » click [Force Stop]

Clear Hatch Grow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Hatch Grow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Hatch Grow.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Hatch Grow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Hatch Grow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Hatch Grow
