Just what I expected. Something simple, very intuitive and elegant. I’ll be very comfortable to give 5 stars if you implement some suggestions: tools to edit the fonts inside the fields, like italic, bold etc. It’s useful when using foreign words or scientific terms in publications or institutions. I also agree with some other comments that would be great to have iCloud sync capabilities or even an export feature that could allow the same resume o be used in another device. I usually edit my documents on iPad but don’t carry it with me all the time while my iPhone is always with me.
I used to like ResumeBuilder very much, however, I a single crash a two days job got lost. I immediately gave up using it. I’ve noticed a lot of updates, but I never tried it again.
That’s why initially I gave many stars. Never got a feedback from the developers.

I was so excited to find an affordable app to help me create a great-looking resume without having to do all the formatting myself. Unfortunately, every time I try to edit my education, delete unneeded sections, ResumeBuilder freezes then crashes.

I would also like an option to import into Google docs since it is a widely-used format in younger generations. I was able to send a .pdf version, edited with a pen in the Acrobat app to “erase” the section I was unable to edit on your app, but what should’ve easily been a two-page document was four pages! I had no way to fix this.

Please fix, thanks.

Number one thing is a resume should only be one page and it’s impossible to make that happen with ResumeBuilder. The templates are nice and stylish but formatted with huge margins that take up a lot of space and stretch it out to 2 pages. Also you should be able to delete all sections of the template if they are not needed. This is easy enough to use but needs more editing tools. Specifically bullet points and choice of font.

This is an ok app! Pretty simple to use. I would do like to be able to add new jobs to my current resume. It doesn’t allow me to list the newly added job at the top, only at bottom ( under my oldest job).This makes it useless, I don’t want my experience to not show up in date order when I present it to employers. It would also be nice to be able to open it in word, so we can adjust font etc., since it cannot be done in app. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing. If it were free- why not!

This is the good app to go for if you’re looking for a resume builder.

The ONLY NEGATIVE is you’re restricting me to only 13 CATEGORIES(like personal info, skills, education or any other we are adding like something else) other than that everything is superrrrr. Why did you reduce categories for an lot more years experienced person? That’s the only thing I never expect from you guys. Thank you for such an wonderful app.

ResumeBuilder is very easy to navigate and use. What's really nice about it is you can input all of your personal info, job history, skills ect. I to your profile and then when you choose a template it automatically fills it in! So you can change it up as much as you want. Plus you can save multiple resumes to fit your different job search needs! Would have given 5 stars but a few more template options would be nice, and there is a lot of wasted space on them which makes it difficult to keep it to one page.

This is a nice way to put together a resume quickly. It seems odd that jobs and education only offer end dates and there is not an option for present. As in October 2017 to present. If your still going to school or employed you really don’t want to give the impression you’ve already left the job, or maybe you’re still in school and haven’t graduated yet.

Great App! Very easy to use. I would give 5 starts but there are some important limits I would suggest design team to correct/add:
- Work Experience/List limited by 5 items and if you need to add more, it's not possible. Creating additional List do not help as List has no "Company" field.
- It would be nice to be able to chance font size and to make text bold.
Everything else is great.

I have always thought that the biggest problem with a resume (for me) was getting the design right. I have the content, but making sure all aspects of the design for each section was consistent was time consuming. ResumeBuilder takes all those problems away! All you have to do is input the content of your resume and it will create a beautiful resume that is consistent across all sections of the document. Very nicely done!

ResumeBuilder provides you with everything you need to get your resume going. I was literally laying here in bed, at 4 in the morning, when I realized I forgot to update my resume. I got ResumeBuilder , ran through all the categories, wrote my cover letter, and, at 4:15, I am writing this review. Superb!

Provides a great structure and tools to get your resume done right. A daunting task made far easier... or sure was for me. Highly recommend especially for long term career professionals... as well as entry level. I can only relate to the prior having been 20+ years since I even needed a resume & finding this tool fit my needs perfectly helping me create my resume which FYI netted me the one and only job I used it to get! Thank you devs. Again I highly recommend.

Hey,
I purchased this product. Overall it is great but there is a major problem. ResumeBuilder automatically inserts a comma after state which is not accepted by employers. I am unable to submit my resume because of this issue. Please provide solution as fast as possible. Thank you.

After fighting to find a resume creator online (which didn’t try a sneak in a subscription service), I was lucky enough to come across ResumeBuilder. You all saved my sanity! SO worth the few dollars to get an amazing looking resume that can print, email, or message. All in the pdf format every employer looks for. Thanks again!

I have not had to make a resume in a very long time. I was worried I would not know how to structure it and make it look professional, but ResumeBuilder does all that for you. All you do is plug in your information and pick a layout then your done. Your left with a VERY PROFESSIONAL and visually appealing resume. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

So so so glad I got this. Was in a big bind to get a resume out and was pleased this was so easy to use and end result is great. I'm very happy so far. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
UPDATE: suddenly all prompts are in either Russian or Hungarian. I have no idea how to use it anymore. When I click on the "app support" button it takes me to a post I made on my own FBook page 3 years ago. WTH!?!?!!!

Once you’ve input all of your information, ResumeBuilder makes selecting a template as easy as tap and go. It provides immediate previews for a wide array of templates.

Section names are easily modified to suit your particular profession or skill set.

Even implemented my suggestion that an option be added to change the date format to Month & Year as it’s unusual that a CV includes the actual start end end DAY.

I have a resume that I used for several years. It was getting g a little stale so I decided to look for a resume app. And I found ResumeBuilder.
Great app. I am an older but techie employee this is very easy to use and probably look better in the resume than I deserve.
I would recommend ResumeBuilder for ANYONE looking make a new or tune up their old resume.
If ResumeBuilder had a 7 or more star rating it would get it.

Was really looking for a free resume builder but could never find one without some sketchy reviews on it. Went ahead and just paid the upfront cost for ResumeBuilder and was not disappointed, I was able to put together a professional looking resume relatively quickly and easily, and I saved it to my files without any problems all from on my phone. App did everything I was looking for, thanks.

As a retired professional in publication design, I left behind a high-end Mac workstation with advanced design software. In seeking part-time employment, I needed a resume for an immediate opportunity and was happy to find such a quality app for the iPad that was so user-friendly and intuitive. Better yet, it was on sale! Thanks so much for being there for me during a sleepless night of wanting to accomplish this task without a great deal of fuss or expense. I am 110% pleased with my completed resume!

ResumeBuilder had the best reviews overall so I gave it a shot. I took my time creating my resume because I wanted it to be perfect. I had one question about ResumeBuilder that I couldn’t figure out, so I sent an email to their help desk. They responded within 5 minutes! They made sure my questions were answered and that I received the help that I needed. Great customer service! So glad I downloaded ResumeBuilder! One week later, and I already have an interview!
