I don’t understand why the app crashes almost continually and demand updates frequently; and, not very long after the updates the app crashes again. I am beginning to think the crushes are intentional rather than accidental, to confuse the customers at times of frequent policy changes, considering when this seemingly poor quality app comes from a very large international telecom company. There is no acceptable reason why a small size app like this crushes again and again.

Because I got the data of 100GB before. When i extend my don don data, always face with difficulties ( such as application errors, connection errors and so many errors). I can't always extend my data although i purchase tge don don. After purchasing, always appears black screen and out of the application. And then, i can never extend my bonus data.
