I am getting super fed up with Klowd TV. Right now it’s totally off, hasn’t been working for about 1/2 an hour. Sometimes picture and audio not synced, sometimes a picture with no audio and most annoying it just freezes and you get to watch a frozen picture while the ball spins. I have tried logging off, logging back in, dumping and re-installing the app as well as restarting my devices, all to no avail. Why am I paying for this lousy service??? All that I have mentioned has happen pretty regularly. I contacted their staff at one point and they were rude and condescending like how dare I question their crappy service. I like watching OAN, but oh well, I think I’m going to have to find a different source for news. Klowd TV is absolutely in reliable, not worth paying for!

I have to close this app and refresh the connection about a hundred times per day.
If my WIFI signal briefly gets obstructed, if I go briefly out of range from the WIFI, if my headphones briefly go out of range of the phone, if I go from Wifi to cell service and vice versa, and often just randomly for no apparent reason the stream freezes and I must restart the app. It's crazy making, but I'm loyal because of the content. Hopefully you are working diligently to increase the buffering ability and stabilize this app! If I listen to Sirius or Pandora, none of these issues occur.. hmm🤔

I decided to install KlowdTV for trial period to get OAN News. It worked ok for almost a day and then problems began. Last evening I wanted to catch up on the news and all I got was a blue screen. This morning I get dialogue box saying “sorry we could not make an initial connection. Please check your network connection and retry.....Or got directly to the KlowdTV website....”
My connection is fine. I removed the app and reinstalled - nothing. I couldn’t access your website either. So, I can’t contact support. I am glad this all happened in trial period before I started paying money for this poor service.
