My steps are not counted it stuck in 4 steps from yesterday

Sweatcoin boost not working as continues to freeze on ‘checking page’

the step counter isnt resopnding, need to keep restarting app or reinstalling app then it only counts steps while screen is active. the dailt boost also does the same. when steps are counted they do not convert to coins. however the daily bonus coins do get counted. since launch day 30000 steps have been lost.

Every thinkable action to get the app functional is for waste.....we are not the only one's with this problem I think they have massive Server problems at several times. Or the app is just programmed by idiots und updated by much worse idiots... Whatever there was no support for the problem so I think sweat coin will be Dead soon.

Hi, I encounter different problems with the app on iphone and apple watch. The app was desperately slow in the last week, and many time I did the boost, filled the requested number of steps in 20 minutes, and the app got stuck. Sometimes I had to do the boost 3 times until it worked, and sometimes it simply didn't work at all. I erased the app from my phone, and re-installed it. It seems to work a bit better, but today, it's the daily rewards that don't work. I click on claim, the app writes getting your coins ready, but it never does. The number keeps rolling around but nothing happens, and i don't get rewards. Thanks for solving this soon, because it's really irritating. Have a nice day.

Hello, The app has been working well but then yesterday 11th July 2022, it stopped working. I try to open the app, the loading screen pops up for a few seconds and then it closes again. I have updated the app, I have closed the app and reopened it, I have even restarted my phone several times yet no changes. Good thing though, my steps are still being updated on my phone notification. Unfortunately, I can't get to use the functions within the app 😔😥

Why is my steps not converting into swearcoins?

My steps hasn’t been converting for the past ten days…I have zero sweatcoins since first of June.. what’s happening, please help🥲

The steps are not reflecting in the friends section so it is affecting my position with my friends. Yesterday, I had over 10,000 steps but in friends, it recorded less than a thousand steps. Presently, I have over 6,000 steps in friends my record is showing 0

Hi! The presented number of steps on the main page (steps today) is not equivalent with the steps represented in the friends section. So it affects chalange participation too. For example in the last 2 days I had 18036 stept according to Steps History but in the Friends section this is represented as 15674 steps. How can this be? It seems to me sync is very rare between these tabs and at the end of the days they mark different numbers. I use a Xiaomi Poco X3 Pro and have internet connection all day. Do you have any advice? Thanks!

Hi, the app was working fine and then a few days ago, stopped working. I press to open the app, the loading screen comes up for a second and then just closes again. I have tried closing it and restarting my phone but no change.
