What a stupid app. I don’t want to provide details of the existing tire set. I want to replace them. Stupid. Deleted TireRackGarage before it did anything more annoying.
App consistently changes information on one of my vehicles. Currently shows 2 tires missing and will not allow me to add them back.
TireRackGarage would be great if it was 2008. You’d expect much more from such a huge tire retailer. I can do what TireRackGarage does with a notebook.
It works on the website but not on TireRackGarage .
App needs fixing. Cannot add new set of tires for a vehicle. It’s been like that for a few days.
I am glad I was not only one who found this a waste. Could not add the data or get it to save anything. Don’t waste your time on this crap.
No friendly at all, I said is junk. You can not edit any entry and after sing out, I can't sing in. Lost my time....🤬
I was setting up my profile and excited to have a app to remind and track my tire rotation schedule. When I went to add my Nitto’s to it, they are not listed as a brand and I can’t finish my registration. That’s wack! Deleted TireRackGarage !
TireRackGarage worked once for me. It didn’t ever function correctly again. I was able to add a vehicle and the tires I was going to put on. Couldn’t do anything in TireRackGarage after that. It’s been deleted from my device.
Can not directly enter tire information. You have to select tire size and model and can not edit. The proper information was not selectable even though I bought the tires from them.
Doesn’t use the same login as tire rack website, even though ‘forgot my password’ button leads one back to the website
‘Buy tires’ also just directs you back there as well. What’s the point?
Can’t seem to retrieve car makes and sends you into an infinite loop of ‘ok/retry’
Downloaded this months ago and must have used it so briefly I forgot about the experience because I just revisited it. Hasn’t improved. Deleting it again. Honestly it’s so bad I started to wonder if it was an impostor.
At first it it took my data and then increasingly became harder to edit and finally the data disappeared with N/A’s in its place. When I tried to edit out the n/a’s the data entry point was inaccessible.
Very frustrating... I deleted TireRackGarage .
Would be nice if it worked... a great method to keep on top of tire maintenance.
However no such luck...too bad.
Wasted over 45 minutes of my life trying to edit TWO sets of tires that I added less than 5 minutes prior. It doesn’t recognize changes made after hitting “Save” (it just sits there). All I wanted to do was put the correct date, tire treads, pressures, and notes in TireRackGarage . Epic Fail.
The only good thing about TireRackGarage is if you’re a Tire rack customer your vehicles automatically import. But that is where the good things end it’s not very intuitive. You will adjust a setting in one screen it save, but it doesn’t update anywhere else in TireRackGarage . Example do you adjust the tread depth in one screen, but it says it’s the original depth and another I would avoid TireRackGarage.
I got TireRackGarage so that I could get push notifications about when my order had shipped, and see my purchase history. But it wants to give me tire maintenance reminders with no way to turn them off, reminding me to check my tire pressure every week. My car has a TPMS system, and I see a regular mechanic who keeps an eye on my tread depth. So the only use of this is to disable notifications entirely, which defeats the purpose. DELETE.
Added new winter tires with date and odometer reading.
Added new summer tires with date and odometer but app said I drove 6000 miles further on winter tires than I actually did.
Edited summer tire maintenance and that record disappeared, but app still thinks summer tires are on.
Please fix. The idea is good. It’s not hard to add data to a database and then do easy math with the entries.
Tire Status malfunction: app won’t accept input PSI on right rear tire.
The UI is friendly, but when I’m adding new tires, the save button is not reachable on iPhone X. It’s below scroll view’s bounds.
Tried for a few hours. Couldn’t rename a tire set, so needed to create a new one with the correct name. Deleted the old set, but can’t delete the maintenance log entries (installed, etc.). Now my log is a mess.
Adding new vehicles using the add vehicle icon in the menu results in other vehicles disappearing until TireRackGarage is restarted. After re-adding my vehicles because I thought they were deleted, ended up with multiple copies of the same vehicle. I want to use TireRackGarage , really do, it’s nearly usable. Please fix the frustrating bugs.
This ap allows me to keep a constant reminder to fill my tires with air. Nothing fancy but is very good at what it was designed to do.
