So I thought I had finally found a decent email alternative with this app. I WAS highly satisfied with the service, up until today. I really only used it as a backup/personal email account. I mostly sent email TO this address - I don’t think i actually composed & sent more than 3 or 4 emails from this account. And they were all to family. Anyways, I have no idea why, but for some reason today when I went to open the app, I got an immediate notice saying that my login had expired and that I needed to login again. Which I then proceeded to try and do - only to be presented with the message that my account had been blocked. It gave no reason as to why - and told me to confront the online Help section (which is unfortunately all in Czech). Using Google Translate I managed to get through enough of it to understand that I needed to contact “Technical Support” in order to possibly get my account restored. Unfortunately, when I arrived on the Technical Support Contact page - I was unfortunately presented with a message that technical support is not currently available. There was a number to call, but it is unfortunately an international number that I am unable to call. Plus I don’t speak any Czech.
So, unfortunately, it appears as though my account is now lost, though through no fault of my own. I guess this can be used as a lesson and a word of warning for everyone else out there looking for free email alternatives like me. Before you sign up for a new email account with a foreign-based email service - make sure they actually have a functional tech support service first - preferably one that can communicate in a language you speak.
