Mixed review - good luck~

Mixed review since I had a variety of positive and negative experiences working with the business including the onboarding, payment, support, head or primary coach + all the different specialist(s). A+. Couldn’t login today though and was apparently emailed overnight that I no longer have access to my coaches on BetterUp. I requested to change my plan to the primary coaching only but have yet to hear back. I’ve submitted a review on BBB and tweeted the business about my account via Twitter and did not get a response.
Doesn’t work

There is no option to set up an account within the app.... only a “forgot password” link. Thank you to the reviewer who explained why.... Major design flaw....! It’s too bad because this could have been a very useful app.

The coach I met with was not helpful. I don't know how anyone would find this useful. Take it as a sign that this is a money grab... Prince Harry says he uses it? Yeah right.
