I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with Simplilearn Institute, specifically in relation to my registration for the PMI exam. Several months ago, I diligently registered for the PMI exam and paid a substantial fee of approximately $1500. At the time of registration, I expected to receive a high standard of education and support that aligns with the principles of ethical business conduct and legal standards within the educational sector. However, my experience with Simplilearn Institute has been deeply troubling and raises serious concerns. Allow me to outline the sequence of events that have led to my current dissatisfaction: 1. Unreasonable Class Schedule: After I had made my payment, I was informed that I needed to attend online classes at 3:00 AM (Singapore time). This schedule was entirely impractical and impossible for me, as I, like many professionals, need adequate rest during nighttime hours to fulfill my work commitments during the day. I made every effort to engage in a few classes on my weekends. 2. Arbitrary Attendance Requirements: Subsequently, I was informed that in order to be eligible to take the PMI exam, I needed to attend 80% of the classes. Unfortunately, I was unable to meet this requirement due to the aforementioned scheduling issues and other obligations. 3. Account Suspension: To my astonishment, my account was later blocked, rendering me unable to access any classes. This abrupt suspension further hindered my ability to prepare adequately for the exam, and I received no communication or explanation from Simplilearn Institute regarding this action. 4. Financial Loss: Eventually, I was told to proceed with taking the PMI exam without sufficient preparation. This has resulted in a significant financial loss as I have invested substantial funds in this endeavor, only to be denied the opportunity to fully benefit from the educational services promised. 5. Lack of Communication: Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification and resolution through email, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from Simplilearn Institute. The lack of responsiveness exacerbates my frustration and raises concerns about the institute's commitment to ethical business practices. Moreover, I wish to bring to your attention that I have received calls from individuals claiming to be affiliated with Simplilearn Institute, using the phone numbers +44 330 179 8651 and +1 855-391-7370. These calls, characterized as "Scam Likely Business," have been soliciting additional enrolment and payments, asserting that my initial payment has expired. Such conduct is not only unethical but potentially illegal, and it is unacceptable within the educational sector. I am disheartened by these practices and feel obligated to share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to what appears to be an illegal business operation. I kindly request that you address my concerns promptly and transparently. Failing to do so may compel me to explore legal avenues to recover my financial losses and to ensure that no other individuals are subjected to this unscrupulous treatment. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter and a response to my email within a reasonable time frame. I don't have access to my SimpliLearn account any longer. I had enrolled for UI/UX course. Due to personal reasons, couldn't complete the course as well as the portfolio. Hence, couldn't get the certificate for which I have paid already 50k. Could you please reactivate my account so that I can complete the course, assessment and portfolio building as well. Regards!

I signed up for a full-stack class for 3600. They claimed that the class is for all beginner who doesn't have any coding background. I can confirm that is not true. I didn't believe it in the first place but signed up because the consultant claimed that the time for signing up this year was running out. I decided to cancel it a week later, but they didn't let me. I told my consultant and he said everything was not for me to cancel and there was no way to cancel it. For the class, you must be familiar with the Indian accent. And, as I observe, you shouldn't ask too many questions to the tutors, he would get upset. He got 15 years of experience, but I can tell that teaching is not for everyone.

My experience with them personally, they are fraudulent. They tricked me into buying one of their courses and said you would get a discount from $1,800 to $1400. I took the bait for one of their courses, and realized they added interest to the discounted price which meant I didn’t owe them that $1,400 anymore, I owed them $1,800+. They use affirm to make you pay the loan. I tried to cancel the loan or have them make me pay only a percentage of the course since over the course of time, I realized I never used their course, the cybersecurity one. It wasn’t good at all, and I don’t recommend it. Buy a Udemy course for $15 and save your money. Or watch professormessor’s free videos, or buy the $35 book by Darril Gibson. Don’t fall for these money shark hungry thieves. They will make you pay the full price of the course, even if you’re not using it. I reached out to their staff politely and they didn’t respond regarding my refund request, one of their staff members named Kushagra Shetty (guidance counselor for the cybersecurity department). Now I’m paying each month for the course for a full price that was supposed to be a discount. These are disgusting tactics to get people to buy your course, when you trick them in the process and don’t even give them a refund for not using the course. Please don’t give this platform your money, find better and more affordable resources. My 2 cents. Take it or leave it.

Please do not and I repeat do not get in the hands of these thieves. I had joined and after having a family issue I decided to cancel my course. Took me 3 weeks for someone to finally answer the live chat they have on their website I called mores than 100 times (honestly 100) and all the phone call said at the end was “voicemail disabled” I opened a ticket and left me on read. The live chat said they couldn’t do anything that I needed to call. It’s been a month and since they took the money through affirm I’m paying for a course worth 2500 because their lack of costumer service is unbelievable. Please there well known universities that offer those sales progreams for less money and is a recognized organization. Do not worry Im still calling

I enrolled in the LSSBB course and have been extremely disappointed by the quality of the content and design of the course. The video lectures sound like a robot is speaking to you and all the video lectures do is read the slides. Worst of all, the course does not prepare you well enough to pass the certifying exam. I tried to get a refund for the course once I discovered how bad it was, but since it was past the 7 day window, they denied me. Don’t waste your time or money with Simplilearn.
