It seems like I am stuck, I requested a course cancellation due to poor standard and quality and the response has been none since months and they continue to charge me. I am a senior manager in Germany and I recommend not to listen to them as they convince to join the course with great promises and fail to deliver and support your cancellation and refund request. I have 1200$ at stake with no response
Worst E-learning experience I have ever had

I opted for LSSGB certificate.
This is the worst E-learning experience I have ever had. The live classes didn’t work altho I registered. They refused to refund me or reassign the live classes again.
The materials included in the app is not reflecting 1/10th of that in the book. And the questions they offered in the practice test exams aren’t even covered by the materials they offer in the app.
Customer/ help or support is not going to help you beyond the materials you’ve in hand altho they offered 24/7 support meanwhile you are using the app.
Don’t Purchase their courses, it’s not worthy or informative.
Not stable, no offline mode

The app crashes every time you open the exam tests section. There is no offline mode for the course videos. Really unstable app, you never know when it crashes.
Videos party didn‘t run

Nice courses and well prepared ... unfortunately useless if in the middle of a chapter essential videos didn‘t run correctly.
Overall improvement of operation quality needed !
