How to fix Spotafriend app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Spotafriend app on iPhone
Update Spotafriend app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Spotafriend iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Spotafriend on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Spotafriend network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Spotafriend Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Spotafriend not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Spotafriend App
1. On android, goto Settings » Spotafriend » click [Force Stop]

Update Spotafriend to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Spotafriend App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Spotafriend » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Spotafriend.

Fix Spotafriend unable to contact server/ Spotafriend internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Spotafriend » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Spotafriend » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Spotafriend
