Don't recommend WaWaYaYa爱读家AI伴读阅读马拉松 because the design is not that great, and the customer service is the worst.

Not many books. The try version does not let you see much. Bad customer service.

I don’t believe that an organization with an unprofessional and unethical attitude can accomplish the great educational goals they claimed.

The software company increased price over to agreed price. Decided not to use.

Keep changing their prices for group purchase. Will never use it.

Business should accomplish whatever they promise to the customers, especially the policies already posted on the website. After we both agreed with a group buy price (the price where their Website states), they suddenly changed their mind and increased their price. We are qualified for the requirement of the group but price. But if you wanna lose your business with a discredited business behavior, we, over 400 people all will quit.

We had agreement on purchasing WaWaYaYa爱读家AI伴读阅读马拉松 first, after a few days they breach the contract. Besides, there are books very negative to kids. Be careful!

The provider has no credibility, they are so good at breaking the agreement.

WaWaYaYa爱读家AI伴读阅读马拉松 has big resources of Chinese books, and the books are very good for kids to read;BUT most of time I can’t log in and always show “please retry.” It is very difficult to log in, hopefully they can fix the problem.

My kid is loving WaWaYaYa爱读家AI伴读阅读马拉松, which is picture book for ages 3 to 12 years! Thank you very much! Keep it!
