Liid is a great and powerful service/app that will make your company transparent to you Pros: Liid was initially implemented in our company as a simple email/call tracker, but it grew to become so much more. It helped our sales team do their job easier and faster by providing them caller id as soon as a client calls, a comment screen as soon as the call/meeting is over and logging everything accordingly in our CRM. From all of this data, we could finally get proper, usable information like: total call time, average call duration, amount of calls, amount of emails and meetings made, comparison of productivity between sales people and time periods. It's just a life saver. The team deserves a standing ovation for feedback and support. They answered all my questions honestly, customized the service to our needs at every moment and spent a lot of time supporting us. They made this app 100x better. I highly recommend this app Cons: The iphone app doesn't offer 100% of the features compared to the Android version, but that's because of iOS restrictions, and the dashboard might lack some advanced features and customization features for super-users, but the Liid team were available to help out at any time and customize them both to our company's needs
