App has stopped working and will not update. Please advise what is going on with the app

App has been not working for a few weeks now. Was fine for a few days but now it just shows blank days / no weather data. Previously it would only show one day with weather graphs, no matter which day you picked. Thought I check if I have the latest version - cannot find it in the App Store even though my subscription runs until September. Guess it’s been discontinued and no money refunded. Will try to find developer name for future reference. Dodgy business!

On both my phone ad ipad weather is shown only for today and tomorrow. The rest of the week shows blank forms without the weather. thanks

The app has gone to blazes and from what I can tell, it isnt supported in the US anymore. Cancelled my subscription as a result.

How to fix Weather Nerd app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Weather Nerd app on iPhone
Update Weather Nerd app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Weather Nerd iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Weather Nerd on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Weather Nerd network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Weather Nerd Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Weather Nerd not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Weather Nerd App
1. On android, goto Settings » Weather Nerd » click [Force Stop]

Update Weather Nerd to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Weather Nerd App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Weather Nerd » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Weather Nerd.

Fix Weather Nerd unable to contact server/ Weather Nerd internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Weather Nerd » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Weather Nerd » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Weather Nerd
