Hello, I purchased this app 10 minutes ago and it does not add anything of use to my work. I liked the infographic for PPT but the rest does not add value. I’d like to stick to my original purchase and get a refund here. Could you please let me know who to contact for this?

You can download the app for free, but there are no free templates, especially for very basic thing like “flowchart”.
Disappointing for a Jumsoft product

OK, I’m not the brightest candle on the birthday cake, but I’ve been fiddling and futzing around with one of the Magazine templates and it just does NOT WORK. The font is cut off at the top of the text box and there seems to be NO WAY to fix it. I can’t even put in a line break above the text to get it to work.
I guess that’s the difference between Pages (which Jumsoft seems to have expertise in Apple software) and Office (which just doesn’t like working for anyone).
I see this is a pretty new product and the issues may not be the Jumsoft software but I think I’d have given up this market if I coudln’t make the product work as well as in Pages.
Just my two cents. Live and learn - I’m out $40. No wait…I’m not…I think I can get a refund from Apple!
