I just signed up for the Toolbox three day free trial. It did not work on the document I wanted to view and I would like to unsubscribe. I tried your chat room and they sent me to yet another page which wanted my credit card info. DO NOT SEND ME THERE. I SIMPLY WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE. THIE SHOULD NOT BE DIFFICULT!!!!!!
