1 year agoI just signed up for the Toolbox three day free trial. It did not work on the document I wanted to view and I would like to unsubscribe. I tried your chat room and they sent me to yet another page which wanted my credit card info. DO NOT SEND ME THERE. I SIMPLY WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE. THIE SHOULD NOT BE DIFFICULT!!!!!!

When you select text to replace it the keyboard doesn’t come up so you can’t replace the template text and use your own copy.
