Freezes Constantly—Unplayable

This game seems like a lot of fun (and I enjoyed the TWO puzzles I was able to complete), but the game freezes CONSTANTLY. I had to delete it about 15 minutes after I got it because it was unplayable.
I truly hope the developer is able to fix what appears to be a mountain of bugs, because it truly seems like I would really enjoy this game...
Subscribed and still have ads

I subscribed and there are still ads everywhere. When I click a puzzle book it says Subscribe, Buy, or Play with ads. It’s acting as if I am not subscribed, even though it says I am. I have restored purchase and everything and yet still cannot play without ads.
Doesn’t save progress

Worked on a cracked back puzzle for over an hour and my progress was not saved after I closed the app and went back in the next day to finish it. :(
