I've been a LONGTERM player. Although I don't interact much with the social network, I access my game almost every day. I'm ranked somewhere in the 100's in total Empire and Landowning. I property agent every day, and recently, my game strategy has been to accrue cash tank and when I reach my max, have some big sales and get enough capital to by a 10-50 trillion land parcel, build blocks and.... blah, blah... Anyway, I started noticing that my cash tank seemed to be dipping. As this had never happened before (and I'm almost always buying and selling properties) it took me some time to notice. Recently, I started tracking it and actually paying attention to it. WTF?!! For no reason I can ascertain, my losses have shot through the roof! According to "see more details", my revenue for the last 24 hours is minus 83 billion, and a whopping negative THREE TRILLION over the last 7 days!!! I'll "collect income" on a daily basis (last time a half a trillion), but it doesn't appear to come close to covering my losses! In my inattention, I'm pretty sure I've lost close to 10 trillion from my cash tank, since I vaguely remember thinking, 'Gosh! I'm getting close to my max tank of 13 trillion' a while ago, then paying more attention to my property agent and just waiting for the notification. Now? Holy crap! What's going on?!! Is this a major glitch? Is there some hidden expense to using property agent that's recently been added? Because that constitutes the majority of my activity. No, it HAS to be a glitch, and it's running me out of the game for no reason. If it keeps up, I'll have no money at all in my cash tank, and start losing everything! Please fix this.

Game won’t start up even after uninstall and re-install. Only been playing for a week or so.

How to fix Landlord app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Landlord app on iPhone
Update Landlord app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Landlord iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Landlord on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Landlord network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Landlord not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Landlord App
1. On android, goto Settings » Landlord » click [Force Stop]

Update Landlord to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Landlord App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Landlord » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Landlord.

Fix Landlord unable to contact server/ Landlord internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Landlord » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Landlord » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Landlord
