Stopped working on 2 of my devices

I really liked this app app but it stopped working on two of my iPads at first I thought it was an update issue and so I left my second iPad 0S as is older version started using it the other day and it worked fine try to use this morning and it wouldn’t launch. I have tried the delete and reinstall and Still doesn’t work, the developer doesn’t seem to????......Nothing on the website about this issue that I could find. Spent hours relearning this program and now it doesn’t work sad and frustrating. If it worked it’s a great program.
