Used to like this game, however several issues after updates, I stopped playing because after the most recent update I as well as many other players lost game features we paid for (in my cause dormancy district but others have lost more) as well as several levels on characters that took forever grinding to get because of the style of gameplay if you want to play cool but I advise against paying for any features in case you lose your money like I did

First of all months ago I wrote saying how ridiculous it is that the wait times for rooms to be upgraded is a joke. I got a response from the developer saying don’t worry we are going to address in the next update... it didn’t happen (no surprises there though). I started an upgrade for two rooms, the longest being 32hrs which was going to be finished today, only to find that after the update of the game that both rooms hadn’t even started. Are you serious?! I waited 32hrs and then nothing because of an update. For real, what a joke. It’s like you want people to hate this game. I want that 32hrs back and my rooms upgraded. Thanks.

Um hello? Is that a real response?! “We will release un update to improve them” won’t upgrade the rooms I waited 32hrs for nothing for... Nice try. How ridiculous.

The game is fun, they haven't updated the game in months and when they finally do the recent update is just garbage. They added achievements the gives you new icons and that's it, no money reward or diamonds. They also doubled the price and timer for upgrading rooms before you could go to sleep and wake up and your rooms would be finished, now you would have to wait an extra day or two. Of course you could speed it up with diamonds but that's a waste of money I'm pretty sure that's what they wanted you to do anyways. You can't expect people to spend money on this game if you don't care to add new stuff for people to do and making things harder for newcomers doesn't help either. I would not recommend anyone to play this game anymore.

I purchased gems and I misunderstood the reset. I thought initial amount meant purchased as well. They need to more specific... was told to contact App Store for refund. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t heard from apple. I want my dam gems so I can play and I’m not going to pay 2 times for everything I’ve purchased before....
Also during the game daily quests... I have already completed them before they pop up and it doesn’t see that. I have to delete rooms in my hospital and rebuy them and wait all over again. And some like I joined a union and it said to join one after I was already in one. I left my union and joined again and it didn’t register as I did the daily quest.
Other than that I love the game. Competitive and cute look.

I reached out to the developers because of an issue that I had with diamonds. The emails they sent back were hard to understand since it was written in broken English. They argued with me when all I was trying to do is point out was a mistake in their game. Their final email response to me VERBATIM was “ In that case we have nothing to say,hope you have a good day”. How do you have NOTHING to say, when this is your app and I just needed help?! Once my daughter stops playing this game, I will delete it and never bother with them again! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Response to the developer(s): The more rude you guys are, the more it affects your game and viewers. HaVe a NiCe DaY 🙃

-(update)the tournament tasks need alot more verity, all I get are a selection of emergency and challenge mode tasks...

- (update)doctors and nurses keep failing to return to there assigned room. (That option IS check marked)

- (update)the union chat does not show past messages in correct order, the time they were posted shows messages that are 4 minutes and 2 days old next to each other.

- When you close FunHospital , and you have enabled offline mode, you expect the game to carry on. Well every time I close FunHospital and I have 40-50patients actively in my hospital. A few minutes later upon reopening FunHospital , they have all vanished with no cash or credit issued. So basically the only way to get credit for all your patients is to always leave FunHospital open until you are down to 0 otherwise they will not count.

I’m new to this game and it’s a really good BUT!!! there should be a better understanding of this game, with the characters, there is little to no explanation on 1. How to save a dying character, and just putting them in the queue is not helping
2. No explanation on HOW AND WHEN to level up doctors nurses.. etc
3. What are the experience points do for the characters
4. Leveling up rooms , how does it help?
Again , being a new person to this game, it’s very confusing and frustrating, it looks like you spend more money on buying upgrades than you do trying to learn it , and I’m not spending my money on something with very little explanation, i can play my PS5 if that’s the case

Patients don’t go where they’re supposed to, they wander in circles. Buttons sometimes don’t work and game has to be restarted for them to work again. Quests are not explained and sometimes it addresses something that you haven’t done yet. Patients do not flow steadily; if you let the screen go black all of a sudden you have an empty hospital again, even in the middle of challenges. Cash spends MUCH quicker than it is received. Overall the game is cute, but I’ve had to restart it a lot based on issues in gameplay, which then makes me have to wait for a bunch of new patients. With a little work it could be really great.

Like other reviews have said, the game is cute and fun for killing time! The directions on how to play, however, are very confusing and not sufficient in the understanding of how to play the game. Patients kept leaving due to my staff being under qualified, meaning I needed to update the levels of my staff, but there is not a concise way that the game describes to do so. There is also not a way to level them up immediately to fulfill the patient needs to keep them from leaving. It’s a fun game, but the unanswered questions from the directions and the resulting lack of understanding in the mechanics of it hinder the experience greatly.

There’s so much going on in the game that playing with the sound on is incredibly helpful. Except one. For what ever reason the ONLY patient interaction sound is when they get a drink. They have a gulping sound attached to it and it happens every few seconds once a hospital gets big enough. It’s like they heard a lot of people REALLY hate mouth sounds and went out of their way to find the most annoying one possible, make it the only patient sound in the game, and then make it trigger 30 times a minute. If that sound was removed, trash cans were added to reduce mess, more decorative options were cash instead of gems, and remove the heater and greenery aspect the game would be better

This game is fun but there are a lot of issues. First off, you use the cash to buy more patients but the game keeps crashing and resetting the number. It has cost me about 300,000 in game cash which is a lot.

It also rewards not playing which is weird. You’re better off waiting 24 hours for your patient count to refill than to buy patients because then you advance too far but are spending a lot of money on patients so the patients get harder but your staff can’t keep up. The patient flow should stay the same when you are in the game without having to buy more patients so you still have money to upgrade facilities.

I really like this game, but it moves so slow, and you don't have much to look forward to after level 30. I wish the game had more decorating options. I will continue playing, as I hope some neat upgrades may come my way, but I'm not buying any thing with real money, because like I said, there isn't really anything to look forward to.
So just to say, your new tier thing you did, well it was fun playing, but the fact you don't give any reward unless you come in top ten! Really, that's pretty impossible for most of us. I'm so disappointed! This game could be so much better! But you make it so hard. It cost so much for interesting characters, no new doctors or nurses or cleaners, same old rooms and decorations. Impossible to compete with top people in this game. Too bad, this game had some potential to be really cool, but you made it so difficult.

I’m really happy there’s no ads except for the prizes but some pictures are disturbing like the pharmacy their eyes are just wide open and it looks disturbing also it takes a very little bit of time, I like that also they die when you don’t heal them? That made me scared just from the research so don’t make that disturbing please

Hi everyone!! If you wanted to know this game has some miner issues as most games do. The game is very addictive and fun to play! Also you can be very creative with how you create your hospital. I want to get a opportunity when I’m older to become a medical officer or in range of medial options! This game is amazing and feels as if you were a real medical responder. Ke

I love this game and I’ve been playing for months now. It’s a nice puzzle to try to set the rooms up so that the flow of patients is the best it can be. There are witty patient types in the game which are fun to unlock over time. It does take time to get diamonds if you don’t have money to buy them. There are opportunities to earn them in the game if you work hard enough.

I love the amount of items you can buy to entertain patients, scooters, bookshelf, etc. but I have a recommendation where you can buy a entertainment show it’s size would be about the size of a staff room it’s cost is 100 gems and you would have a new type of staff called entertainer, they would keep up the patients mood, and you can put items like joker hats, face masks, and more. I think it’s a good idea. If the patient likes the show, there mood would go up 50+, again if you think this needs adding just respond and I’ll think of more ideas. You can always tinker around if you think this is too op or not op enough. I hope this idea gets added into the game it’d be fun and a nice touch. - Blake

I was a big fan of these hospital, and have been keeping my eyes open for an updated version I could play on a more modern interface... and here it is! Pretty close to the original, although I miss the different levels and different neighborhood challenges, and yes, even the rats...
I understand why the name was changed, although it makes it harder for fans of theme hospital to find this version.

I love this game it’s so fun but I do wish that the patients would come in slower and more throughout the day, cause when I finish the patients I have nothing to do. I’m also constantly running out of room. I just can’t upgrade fast enough. But I also really like that this game is not addictive so it’s better for ur mental health. But I still come back to it cause it’s fun. I never have felt bored at this game! ;) : D

So when I opened it I started playing it…the game said there was going to be an update and it said if you don’t want to lose your dats go offline which I think they mean to leave the game to not lose your data so I left the game but when I downloaded it I saw the critical reviews but I gave it a chance and so far it was fine (obviously until the announcement where I had to leave the game) but the looks of it…it looks fun too me!

I’m trying to recover my old account and when i click the server it’s on (NA-01) it gets stuck on the loading screen. you guys are the worst game company ever and i tried emailing your support team and they have no idea what they’re doing they stopped emailing me after i told them i’ve done everything they told me to do to recover my old hospital. i still can’t get my old hospital back. i’ll never play this game again unless they can fix my issue🤬🤬🤬
