Cruddy on iPad

I have to use this app for my son's school work and have to use it on an iPad b/c not supported on a Mac. Frustrating b/ can't do some of the techniques and since the update every time I type something a whole bunch of punctuation so appear instead of the words! The words type up, I hit enter and no words show up on the screen. Just a bunch of numbers and punctuational! Annoying! How can he do his work?

This app has always been awesome. My kids love creating their own unique artwork on Tux....but now the app won’t work with the iOS 11 software on my iPad and iPhone. I sincerely hope the developers fix this issue soon!

I use Tux Paint at school with my students on desktops but we have more iPads available now. I ran into a few glitches especially when drawing shapes; it would turn the shape even when I did not move my finger. It would be very helpful if pictures could be saved to the camera roll. I am also wondering if this app will be updated for iOS 11?
