Won’t let me sign in even when I tried to create a new account. It seems their app developers haven’t been able to figure out how to convert the Envision customers into the Elixir system.

I’ve tried downloading, deleting, and redos load for several months and ElixirRxSolutions never works. The online portal works decent enough, but ElixirRxSolutions won’t even log in ever.

I agree with the other person did the review in ElixirRxSolutions. It is absolutely useless. Don’t waste your time. I’m glad it was free because it would’ve been a waste of money.

Can’t sign up a new account or log in. Just gives errors. As ElixirRxSolutions hasn’t been updated in 2 years I’m guessing EnvisionRx programmer has abandoned it. To bad, it looked useful.

Won’t accept my information directly from my card.

I tried numerous times to create an account and I can tell you it’s the worst app I ever tried to install. I couldn’t even put in my birthday. Not happy at all.

When I registered it would not accept my information that I entered. I double checked to make sure that that the information was correct. This ap is useless to me.

All other reviews about it not working are correct.
Not too surprising I you look at the “update” log. It is true that they regularly update ElixirRxSolutions as they say, but they don’t mention “regularly” means once a year...

I was told there is two envisions. One for mail order and one for insurance. One takes your money and one sends prescriptions, if you are lucky. I am a snowbird and changing the address is a challenge too. I hope new CEO straightens things out

I tried registering on safari first. It didn’t work. I called and got registered. Opened ElixirRxSolutions and tried signing in and it failed. That app is broken. Customer service said they don’t have access to ElixirRxSolutions and couldn’t help.

I tried 6 times to enter the info. It told me I had the wrong name or ID number. They should scrap ElixirRxSolutions!!! Had to pick 1 star to rate it, but it doesn’t even deserve that!

Does not appear connected to Medicare Part D plan. Registered fine on PC, app does not recognize those credentials and says invalid Member ID if you try to create in app. Many have this problem and no response from developer. WASTE OF TIME!!!

I created an account online then downloaded ElixirRxSolutions . I tried to open ElixirRxSolutions several times over several months and it continuously reverts back to the login screen. I am able to use the online site but what’s the point of an app?

Cannot use my account credentials to log in. For whatever reason it believes my email address is formatted incorrectly, possibly because my email address contains a period before the @ (works fine on the website).

This is software development 101 stuff. If you are going to parse strings for correctness, don’t reject correctly formatted entries.

Even though there is an otherwise actually cheaper alternative EnvisionRX refuses to cover a medication is tablet form and will only cover the version in capsule form which contains animal parts and by parts I’m not referring to eggs or dairy products. I’m referring to actual dead animal ingredients. Makes one wonder on what other ways they choose to discriminate against people.

The company has no business putting an app in ElixirRxSolutions Store if they are not going to support it. I tried to create an account as a customer using my correct info and could not do so. I called the number given for support for ElixirRxSolutions , and after 10 minutes of discussion and being on hold was told by the rep that there was no tech support and she couldn't help me. Absurd.

I recently started with EnvisionRX and was happy to see an available app. My happiness ended there. For reasons completely unknown to me, ElixirRxSolutions will not accept my information and I am entering it all exactly as it appears on the membership card sent to me through the mail. I called the linked help number and was told that my policy number needed to be followed by “/01” so I dutifully tried that although ElixirRxSolutions never mentions any such need. Of course that didn’t work. The online site works fine but ElixirRxSolutions is useless to me.

Same as everyone else, cannot log in or create an account. I’ll switch to another plan next enrollment period. Can’t tolerate a company that won’t fix or support their product.

They must have gotten the sign in problems fixed because it’s all good for me.

Love ElixirRxSolutions. Creating an account was easy. It lists of my current prescriptions with number of days remaining before they can be refilled. I was even able to dial the pharmacy right from ElixirRxSolutions ! Very nice.

Will not work for Medicare subscribers. There should be a note to state as fact, so I didn’t have to waste time trying to configure it.

Dose not work at all plus no tech support available.

Worthless. Unable to create an account due to dysfunctional elements. Probably needs to be updated badly. I have never experienced such a poorly functioning app.
