I am using a bogus name because I don't want to get booted off the app. You are the worst, almost as bad as Uber, when it comes to take care of the people who makes you money. Your app sucks and there is no way to get live support. Also most of the in app message that you send, whether you use android or apple, disappear when you click on it. The worst feature is not to let us set our own price or not allowing customer to see our request because you pre judge our price to be above average. You should let everyone apply for walk/sittings and let the customer decide not solely on price points but on a range of things. Why are you not giving customer the opportunity to find the perfect walker sitter? Who on his/her state of mind will do a 60 minutes walk for $ 19 I hate you
I am sending this message in regards to my Wag! pro membership. My app keeps throwing that it’s having a hard time verifying my pro membership. Also, I’m having issues with obtaining bookings. They are past the 30 mile range if I get them any of my established bookings are not being sent through and I would just like someone to contact me in regards. I have, lo Out logged back in, updated the app it’s treating me like I’m a brand new walker and that I feel very offended considering I have in the past 14 1/2 months done over 800 services for Wag!. I would think that it would know me by my iOS . Please send me message and reply. I will be doing this every day until we get the things worked out so that I can be a full-time walker again. I made $11 last week. Ridiculousness.
the only way to connect w customer support is via the app. however I am unable to log into the app on my phone! the only response that comes up is the error message. on my laptop the app is problematic as well.
I want to report abuse I saw one of your walkers walking three dogs back-and-forth on the blacktop parking lot which I think it’s abuse the animals and when I made a comment to her she just kept walking and ignoring me. This is what you do you allow your walkers to walk dogs on the on a black top and 99° weather in Florida. I would never use your company just for what I saw.
I am trying to close my service on the app but I am getting the message that I am starting the service too late or too soon. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with someone through calls, emails, and the chat box. Nothing is working. Please help!!
The app is full of bugs and should not be relied on for income. It is nice when something works out as the money can add up if you're just looking to make ends meet and make a couple bucks, BUT it is not a good app at the end of the day. I've been told I've missed walks by the app and when looked there was nothing scheduled for the day or even weeks as I don't use it often for the unreliability of it all. The timing is very off and it will tell you something is available but then it won't be. There is NO phone number anywhere to speak to a human being. It's a terrible design of what could have been a decent idea.
I had services in Round Rock, TX on 9/28 and 9/21 and was not a good experience. Last week, the WagWalker, Kenya, lost my spare key in the dog park! Today, my WagWalker, Mackenzie, brought a friend with her and were just hanging out on my couches in my living room! They did take my dog out, but I have no idea who this other person was, they aren't background checked! That is totally inappropriate! This was the last straw for me. I will not be using Wag Services again and I have been a customer for many years.
I have passed all needed to be a Walker and have downloaded the WAG app, when trying to insert my Stripe information it crashes constantly for 3 days now and will not let me put in my information so I can finish setting up my account to start walking. Is there a way to fix this?

I have been a dog walker for Wag! for almost two years now. If I didn’t love dogs as much as I do, I would have left a long time ago because of their app. Currently, a problem I’m having is that canceled walks still appear on my ‘Booked’ tab. When I try to delete them, the next time I log into the app, there they are again. This is a real pain when a client has booked way in advance and then something changes on their end. I currently have 49 on my page. I’ve contacted Wag! support, jumped through all the hoops to try to fix it. Nobody on their tech team can figure it out. Another problem that I’ve brought up is that when I first log into the app and check my earnings, the page won’t load until I TURN OFF MY PHONE and turn it back on again! Very frustrating. When doing a Drop In visit, the app doesn’t show how much time is LEFT for your visit. I have to set the timer on my phone for that. Add to all this the fact that if you have to contact them LIVE for a situation, there is nobody to answer unless it’s an emergency (injury, pet got loose, etc). Anything besides that, you’re pretty much on your own. I could go on, but I’m sure y’all catch my drift. I love the dogs. Hate the app.

Walking dogs for money is fun. Wag adds A LOT of extra bells and whistles that get in the way of walking dogs for money. Expect to be very limited, expect to be babysat by an App every step of the way, expect to fill out endless reports that don’t mean anything and don’t go anywhere, and if there is a problem with the App and your Acceptance Rate drops, good luck because Wag will both refuse to reverse the percentage drop, and refuse to allow you to get a new account. I don’t want to fill out a report why the dog didn’t pee. I don’t want to fill out a report about why the Dog Parent’s house is locked or unlocked. My advice is to copy and paste a bunch of words into the reports just to meet the character minimum (oh yes there are character minimums). I look forward to the day I can steal all my clients, book with them directly without Wag at all, and get rid of the nearly 50% cut that Wag takes from each walk. I could not possibly be more displeased with the way this App is structured. The term “feature creep” describes Wag very well; it’s clear someone in the company has way too many “good ideas” and nobody tells that person to calm it.

The house was nasty and I felt unsafe. So I brought my boyfriend with me to stay. I went to use the restroom and there were bugs running all over the bathroom floor (in both bathrooms) I fed the dog an hour earlier than the schedule because I had a family event later that evening. The kitchen was moldy also. The dog had slipped out of the harness while we are outside and we had to chase after him to get him. There was medicine next to the schedule that said give the dog every 8 hours so I did just that. The owners also came back early so we did not end up spending the night. With that being said, the owners have filed multiple complaints about how I did not follow the feeding schedule. Fed the dog old medicine, and will be suing me if their dog gets sick. You guys must background check your workers but don’t take any insight into the people who you are sending these animal caretakers too. It’s pretty pathetic. (I am a full time college student and this is one of my MANY side gigs to make ends meet)
