I am a subscriber to Windy App . It has crashed on my phone. I deleted and installed again. Now it keeps asking me to subscribe as I now have the free trial. Please check my membership and payment. Please advise

How to fix Windy app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Windy app on iPhone
Update Windy app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Windy iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Windy on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Windy network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Windy Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Windy not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Windy App
1. On android, goto Settings » Windy » click [Force Stop]

Update Windy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Windy App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Windy » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Windy.

Fix Windy unable to contact server/ Windy internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Windy » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Windy » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Windy
