I am a subscriber to Windy App . It has crashed on my phone. I deleted and installed again. Now it keeps asking me to subscribe as I now have the free trial. Please check my membership and payment. Please advise

Force Stop the Windy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Windy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Windy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Windy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Windy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Windy.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Windy » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Windy » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
