Could not find how to contact app developers except via review, sorry.
Helmet arrived yesterday so still need to try it out on the road, I hope that will be today but I have some observations:
The battery usage drained my iPhone 8+ in three hours from 100% to 14%, but it was only LIVALLRiding open. I am sure something could be done about this?
The user guide to access different features is poor, a little more detail could be given rather than statements such as in a sub menu.... happy to help with this is required?

I have the LIVALL BH100 Bling helmet. I would like to know how I can change the 80 LED lights on the top ribs to other colors.

With LIVALLRiding. You won’t need that extra remote you have to put on handlebars. If you have a mounted Cell. Like I recommend. Then you can use LIVALLRiding with lots of fun. Very accurate and well worth it!!

It’s works and does things that surprises me. But still needs some work. My main page. There are numbers and words overlapping. Strangely I can’t figure out why. I’m afraid to lose the information if I uninstall and reinstall

Last 3 days app fails to load no matter if you are in wifi r cell data all the same. Try uninstalling LIVALLRiding and reinstalling and now is worst because every time I want to login it tell me request failed 502 bad gateway

their helmet look like nice buy but it only waste.. no customer support. helmet start to beeping for no reason. application you can not see your data on health app no data transfer to no where. after 3 month use battery gone dead. app will be no use due to iPhones software update. i will use helmet on tree at xmas for lighting.

Had it for one year, very lightly used and has never tested in harsh weather. So far it works as Livall claimed.

It can help me answer phone calls. Play music is also comfortable. Like it very much .

I really like my helmet, but I don't use LIVALLRiding . The remote control doesn't always work as well as I would like it too. Connecting can be difficult.

I think this is going to be the perfect helmet for me . Easy to setup and LIVALLRiding is easy to navigate thru.

It doesn’t track calories , it’s a lie

Not only they don’t have customer service, there is NO warranty at all.
Bought THREE helmets and, after a couple months they don’t work any more and nobody answers.
They are located in China and nobody answers the phone.....

The application itself is fine. The fact that I can control my ride, this app accessories like my helmet, etc. is good. I would like to see 2 changes though.

Firstly, is like the ability to chose a music list within LIVALLRiding , or perhaps listen to a podcast.

Secondly, I'd love to have the ability to disconnect my accessories without de-pairing them via Bluetooth. I don't leave my helmets controller on my bike, so it never goes into standby mode, forcing a much more frequent charge cycle.
I've also noticed that LIVALLRiding will occasionally not connect my accessories without force quitting LIVALLRiding and restarting it.

Finally, the remote for my Livall Riding system (BH60) keeps losing its pairing. I have to reconfirm the binding about every other use of LIVALLRiding . It's very frustrating.

Only gives 502 server error

早上出发时，同时打开来啊骑行和兔子骑行两App，分别置于后台(前台应用为百度地图App)，分别都设置了自动暂停，到晚上回来时看，兔子骑行记录的总里程为85.9公里，来啊骑行却只记录了3.7公里(注意看这3.7公里的路线图，起点到终点的位置拿到百度地图中一查就清楚，不止3.7公里)。对比了这两个App权限，感觉很大可能是ios版来啊骑行App开发时，未加入“后台应用刷新”功能，置于后台时间过长，中途进程被系统杀死了的原因，因为在ios可设置后台应用刷新功能的App列表中，有兔子骑行却没有来啊骑行，望来啊骑行App技术团队重视此问题，尽快修复。

Not sure what Livall did, but I have been able to use my BlingJet and helmet without using this horrible app. The blinkers and song skip/play/pause worked without having to have LIVALLRiding open. Now after the recent update, nothing works without having to open LIVALLRiding . I would make a bet that most people don't even use LIVALLRiding as there are far better ones out there. Please put this back the way it was!!!

Program hard to open. Sometimes take 90 min. When it finally opens constantly shuts down or freezes up. No one gives a crap!!!

At home it was working great for three months of use then the light started getting weird during the charging. Then when I turn it on no lights and it shuts off after 60 seconds. I tried the factory reset option, uninstalling/reinstalling LIVALLRiding , disconnecting all the devices etc. but the helmet no longer works. A Hundred dollars for three months of use!! Very frustrating!!

My helmet stopped working months ago. I've been emailing and calling pretty consistently and havent heard back from them after my initial conversation. There phone is always busy when I call. This was a lot of money for a helmet that is supposed to be smart and is now dumb.

Either I am doing something wrong or LIVALLRiding does not work the Walkie Talkie feature. I tried everything. The Helmet and the Bling Jet connected well to my iPhone 5s but the walkie talkie feature does not work for me. This was one of the reasons I bought the helmets. Yes two pairs for my wife and one for me. Please fix this.

Chinesium junk. App no work, helmet no work. Big big disappointment.
