Minimal function, minimal use, terrible “upgrade”

After a recent update, I am no longer connected through my past flight or “Lion air account”. It’s difficult to retrieve an booking information. I found the email confirmation much more informative and helpful than the entirely of the app. If you must fly Lion Air, use the desktop website - it’s slightly better.
Payment does not work

The website would not take my credit card so i thought i could use apple pay on the app as a workaround. Nope. No apple pay and your American credit card will not work. I tried 5 different credit cards and 2 debit cards. Nothing. I ended up booking through a 3rd party website and paying $50 extra. Not cool.
Not designed for use outside Indo?

Both the App AND the website won’t work if you’re in the US. Can’t even get results and kept on looping when you’re searching for a flight.
Apparently their firewall prevented international bookings and transactions (at least from US - dunno about other countries). They missed out on tons of money from foreign visitors. Their loss.
