I wanted to buy Batik tickets. I have started to buy tickets on the Air Asia site, until it started to raise prices at each one of my visits. Then the Air Asia App, which told me there was an error in my details not telling me where, and erased all my details after the 13 mn passed. Then I tried the Batik site, no way either, and eventually Lion site, speeding up because of the counter again, and we are 5 and have long names so everything is long. Eventually I managed it, hoping I didn’t make an error.
Impossible to use

Impossible to sign in and to add a previous booking.
Impossible to check in. It redirects to another app which can’t find the flight!
