First the Uber app stop working!!!! Now it won’t track mileage... this is really frustrating! I’ve been a subscriber for sometime now paying for the premium app! I’m done !!!!!!!

I’ve used it twice, when it comes to tracking and estimating the trip cost, is kind of decent, it would never show me Uber fares, I’ve already email support about this issue and they haven’t even bother in answering, now I emailed them back two days ago because I’m not able to generate a receipt for my customer even though I’ve been paying for the pro version of the app for over 4 months without even needing it. If you want to use it to track time and distance and estimate a trip cost, it’s kind of fair. Remember, Lyft rates only. Never relay on it to generate a receipt. You would be screwed like I am
I don’t like this app

I don’t understand why they don’t have a option to cancel the subscription, I’ve been trying to figure this out and I just don’t understand.. I’ve been getting charged for this app and I have not been using their service.
I wish someone can help me with this because I’m tired of them taking my money for Something I’m not using.
