Same issues as others...not able to login even though I have an online account. There are no instructions on how to choose an account "picture" to verify that it is you logging in. ???

I downloaded FF , as I have claims to submit, and my flex spending card is currently being held hostage, as they need more information from my pcp. Typical of First Financial, they state that they have no record of my name or my employee number. I have a sizable amount of money taken out of my paycheck that say otherwise.

I was hoping that FF would be a simpler way than playing phone tag with First Financial.

It's impossible to even log in. Half the time it says "this user is found, but not able to log in" or tells me my password is incorrect - I've never been told my password was incorrect on the website. I don't even know what FF looks like past the log in screen.

FF is not very good. I submitted a claim and they denied it saying it was an estimate but that was my receipt. I wish it had a message option.

I followed the instruction on uploading receipts and yet FF does not have the function it claims it does. Not very useful…

FF apparently doesn't work very well. Every claim I've submitted through it has been denied due to lack of information.... W-E

FF is saying I have two messages, but it's not showing me my messages.

FF should have a place to easily add an EOB.

Every time I try to log in, it tells me it cannot verify. I answer my security questions and still cannot get access to FF. I have to call and reset everything each time. A major hassle. Face recognition doesn’t work or give you the option even after you tell FF to use it when you sign up “again”.

Would love to use FF I stead of having to fire up my computer unfortunately FF would not allow me to make a claim something about I don’t have an account attached (I do) so had to do it on the computer. Useless.

It does not let me add more than one image when I try to submit a receipt

It needs a forgot your password link in FF instead of having to call or email

I hate that FF won’t show you how much was rolled forward from the previous year. It appears to be an attempt to keep you from spending what was left over, if your employer has selected that option.

Inconsistent processing times for submissions is the main issue with this company. Sometimes medical reimbursement happens within a week, sometimes up to 3 weeks. Even monthly Dependent Care Deposits that are the same date every pay period and “autogenerated” vary by 7-14 days on processing times. Customer service is available, but was not helpful 2 of 3 times I contacted them.

User friendly and gives me the most updated information.

This is the easiest app on my phone! Submitting claims, checking balances, getting assistance with problems,...IMPRESSIVE! Thanks, guys!

I like being able to submit documentation thru FF from my phone camera. Makes life much easier!

I have used this for when I need to make claims and it has been a excellent tools to use.

This is the best way to monitor balances and status of your claims!!!

I am able to easily access the information that I am looking for.

No glitches or issues to date.
