I downloaded the app, as I have claims to submit, and my flex spending card is currently being held hostage, as they need more information from my pcp. Typical of First Financial, they state that they have no record of my name or my employee number. I have a sizable amount of money taken out of my paycheck that say otherwise.

I was hoping that the app would be a simpler way than playing phone tag with First Financial.

Not hassle free.

Every time I try to log in, it tells me it cannot verify. I answer my security questions and still cannot get access to this app. I have to call and reset everything each time. A major hassle. Face recognition doesn’t work or give you the option even after you tell the app to use it when you sign up “again”.

Nothing is working. Everything says try again later.
