MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids has too many glitches and support is not immediate. You have to email support and wait for a response if you get a response. I purchase MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids thinking it would be great for my 2 year old, even paid for the year subscription. I cannot download Course 2 and it constantly says I’m not connected to the internet when I have a strong WiFi signal. I’m so over MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids. I’m requesting a full refund.

Additionally, when I try to reset the password it will not allow me to do so. I’m getting a error message, too many simultaneous logins, when I have already logged out of my son’s device and have attempted to login to mine.

You have to get online to use MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids now. While on the road we don’t have internet, you cannot use MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids. This is really a big hassle. If user bought MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids , it is authenticated by apple device security. Why do you want to prevent user from using it while offline? Even worse there are times their server is down so you won’t pass the first page even you are online. You have to wait for their server back online to use MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids. There are so many points of failure. Please revert this change back. This violates user’s fair use rights after made the purchase.

I got this for my kid in kindergarten and he likes it. But as a parent i can not login.

I bought MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids and subscription and installed it on my kids ipad. I created a profile for him and everything good here. I also installed it on my own iPhone to monitor his progress. However every-time i open MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids in my iPhone , it says create a profile and absolutely no other options. There is no way to get rid off the “Create a profile “ screen. So in order to see my kids scores, i keep have to make new profiles just to get into MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids .

I had MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids on my old phone, my old one broke down and I need to download all the apps that I purchased on my new phone! Could not download this one at all! It keep saying: not connect to the internet while my computer, tv, iPad all having internet and with different app on my phone, internet running perfectly! I’m wondering how to cancel the subscribed so they won’t charge me in future ? Well honestly I like MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids on my old phone, but now I couldn’t download MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids on my new phone when I paid for it, feeling disappointed!

I have attempted to install the Apps lessons several times with the download stopping at 78%, then it requires downloading data again each time I tap on MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids to open. I was excited about the first few lessons that were free. Everything worked. Then I purchased the yearly subscription and the lessons won’t unlock. I’ve sent a few support request with no response. How do I get the lessons to unlock so my child may continue learning?

These few lines are to inform you that my three year old daughter is enjoying this program immensely. I purchased MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids a few days ago, and she has learned so many words. She enjoys the games specially the one she has to pop the balloon to identifying the word that’s inside. Although my daughter and I like the program, we seem to notice that you do not depict Afro Americans, or Asians in your pictures. Maybe you can obtain pictures of people of other ethnicity and incorporate them into MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids . so that children of other ethnic backgrounds can see some identification.
I could have given a 5 Star rating because my daughter is enjoying and learning at the same time, but I give it a 3 Star because her ethnicity is not represented in MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids . If this is changed I will gladly upgrade my rating.

Like it and its got great interactive lessons but when it started malfunctioning a few weeks back I had to delete it and re-install it, in order for it to work. Now that my kids have gone through the sample lessons again it is saying I need to buy it again (tho I already bought it once) so...I'm discouraged about that!

While MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids itself is great. There are so many bugs. It takes forever for lessons to update or load and it constantly makes me “restore” my purchases so that my 3 year old can actually play what I’m paying for.
Which paying $5 a month... not sure it’s worth. Needs more updates to fix these problems.

My 3 almost 4 year old likes this, he is sounding out words and figuring it out surprisingly fast. surprised me for sure. I knew he was smart but wow, this opens up other areas in the brain that workbooks don't quite do. It's simple for him and challenging at the same time. I spend time with him since he was way younger teaching him the basics and this I just bought for the first time buying an app ever for him and he is having fun and staying focus cause he is wanting to learn so this is a good other option to learn and have fun.

If my child were older I would give a 5 star but she can’t read yet so when it asks to match the word to the picture she just randomly presses buttons unless I read it to her. But it reviews the word after she presses the right one and it is good for her to hear all the words even if she can’t read them. She begs to play everyday and loves popping the bubbles! She even started repeating the words! I’m so thankful she’s learning Spanish and it is so fun for her! Great for long car rides and potty time too :)

Our daughter is 5 and she caught on very quickly with the sight words and flash cards. Now she zooms through the lessons , excitedly showing us the words she knows and that she can read! MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids is fun to use and interactive, which keeps her attention. Great job! Thanks! 👍🤓

I was in love with MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids and enjoyed it so much using it with my son but the recent update has made MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids unusable. I can’t get passed the sign in page it tells me there is no internet connection. Please fix/reverse the update

My 2, 3, and 5 year old children love this program. I find it to be immersive and repetitive enough that they are picking up the words and identifying them quickly. We are only a few lessons in, but so far it has been great and very engaging!

My five yr old sister has been struggling with reading in school and she doesn’t like getting help at home either. So I downloaded MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids and she started to love practicing reading every night. If it weren’t for MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids she could have still been struggling without help. I downloaded MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids to use with my daughter who has special needs. It is great! It uses multiple pictures and voices and shows the word multiple times which helps generalize what the word means. I really like the multi sensory approach and am really happy with MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids .

MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids has been engaging for my 3 year old and yet challenging enough for my 7 year old. They both ask it often and they’ve learned so much even from the sample lessons, looking forward to getting the whole library!

I'm glad to get MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids for my 5 year old that hates going over sight words. It was getting very frustrating trying to practice and help him learn reading and pronouncing words. I'm happy to come across MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids at first he was hesitant but he loves the visual and sounds and loves finishing his lessons. I really recommend MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids.

It took few days to get access to full library after making the purchase but customer support kindly helped out and gave me access. My daughter loves it and she enjoys going through the lessons. And I do see how much my daughter is improving her reading skills. Thank you

Due to my husbands resourcefulness he found MonkeyJuniorEnglishForKids for our son to practice reading and phonics now that school is out. They just started using it yesterday, 24 May, and this morning the first thing he asked was, "Can I do Monkey Jr again?" Now we're thinking about purchasing a subscription!

This helped my little brother to read when he is having trouble in it! He really enjoys playing the levels and getting better to read! I highly recommend this to younger children!!
