This app has too many glitches and support is not immediate. You have to email support and wait for a response if you get a response. I purchase this app thinking it would be great for my 2 year old, even paid for the year subscription. I cannot download Course 2 and it constantly says I’m not connected to the internet when I have a strong WiFi signal. I’m so over this app. I’m requesting a full refund.

Additionally, when I try to reset the password it will not allow me to do so. I’m getting a error message, too many simultaneous logins, when I have already logged out of my son’s device and have attempted to login to mine.

You have to get online to use this app now. While on the road we don’t have internet, you cannot use this app. This is really a big hassle. If user bought the app, it is authenticated by apple device security. Why do you want to prevent user from using it while offline? Even worse there are times their server is down so you won’t pass the first page even you are online. You have to wait for their server back online to use this app. There are so many points of failure. Please revert this change back. This violates user’s fair use rights after made the purchase.

I got this for my kid in kindergarten and he likes it. But as a parent i can not login.

I bought the app and subscription and installed it on my kids ipad. I created a profile for him and everything good here. I also installed it on my own iPhone to monitor his progress. However every-time i open the app in my iPhone , it says create a profile and absolutely no other options. There is no way to get rid off the “Create a profile “ screen. So in order to see my kids scores, i keep have to make new profiles just to get into the app.
