I had two experiences with them: 1-I booked a hotel and I paid to Almosafer App but after that they called me and told me that the hotel is fully booked and we have another hotel same rate and level so I accept that because this is the first experience with them and I don’t know if they trusted or no, but unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel I was shocked by the poor level, It does not match the standard of the hotel that I choose. 2- I booked another hotel in different trip maybe they will be good and give them one more chance and I paid before one week of check in, when I arrived to the hotel unfortunately there’s no any reservation for me even the hotel didn’t know Almosafer Company and when I contacted to the customer service in Almosafer they didn’t care about my problem and I stay in the street until night without any solve, then I paid more and I made new reservation in another hotel. Until now since two years ago I didn’t get the refund and that was last experience with them

Unfortunately, the booking is not immediately confirmed once you pay like other applications. If you have a last minute booking, do not use Almosafer like I did. I have a flight tomorrow and booked my hotel with Almosafer. It’s been more than 7 hours already with no confirmation despite my follow ups on Twitter, WhatsApp, email and call center! The problem is that it is a non refundable booking and I’m stuck until Almosafer confirms the booking! I have an early flight tomorrow and no hotel booking confirmation yet!

حجزت عن طريق التطبيق ولما وصلت المطار تفاجأت ان الحجز تم الغائه بسبب ان المسافر لم تدفع لشركة الطيران وعند اتصالي بخدمة العملاء جلسو يماطلون معاي وكل شوي بنرجع نكلمك وماحد كلم. برنامج نصاب وشركة نصابة وحجوزات وهمية انتبهو منه. I made a booking through this website and when I arrived to the check in counter I was surprised that my booking was canceled because Almosafer did not pay the airline. When I called the customer service they kept stalling and saying they will call me back but they didn’t. Be careful and don’t use this app or website
