Trouble logging in and no tech support
I’ve had to re-download the app since getting a new phone, and my sign in credentials aren’t valid. I’ve reset my password through the app, and still not accepting the new info. I tried to contact the developer, all links bring me to the Retro Fitness website. Pretty ridiculous to have to spend 45 minutes trying to reset a password. Anyone want to reach out and help me before I just delete the entire app and forget the whole thing?

The app worked perfect for a year then i renewed my membership & ever since the app is worthless it wont let me sign in to my account even scanning the barcode doesnt work i had trouble resetting my password at first it wouldnt send me the email then it finally sent me a temp password & it still didnt work & also my 600 points disappeared too this app is totally worthless im glad i didnt pay for it

Still no link to Apple Watch???
My favorite thing about the app is using it to sign into the gym. I like other things but since there is no direct link to my Apple Watch, the app misses 50% of my workouts. So I can’t participate in challenges (I can participate but I fail miserably). I link my Apple Watch to MyFitnessPal and that is my work around to get my workouts tracked by the Retro App but as you can see from my previous statement that doesn’t seem to be working. Also no response to my support question within the app. Disappointing!
