Honestly, this is the best game app I've ever played. The gameplay was great, the cutscenes were fantastic, and the storyline was well thought out. I have been searching for an app like this for a while and at first it seemed they were non-existent, when I found this game it seemed too good to be true. When I downloaded it to realize that it didn't lag or even glitch, you could imagine my surprise due to the fact that it is such large scale game. During the game I slowly began to form a bond with the sarcastic and cocky attitude of the main character, Kal Warden. His companions, Rufus, Yelena, and his new ally, Maz'rah, help shape the storyline, letting you better understand their world. The cutscenes in the game were mostly related just to the gameplay, but some of them really captured the feel of suspense in the game, I especially enjoyed the scene where Maz'rah jumped up and cut the other Volterites head off. The only downside to this game are the ads, but it's a small price to pay for such a quality game. If you like action, war, and a good story, you should get this game

Great game but very frustrating when you have to restart the level over and over again when you do not get something done right. We have been on Hell's Gate for a solid four weeks because we are going through it for our first time and trying to do it on our own this time we got as far as the platforms and we didn't have one align right and I start to go across and got to the second platform notice that I would not make it over the last platform at least the end because it was not align right. I thought I could make the jump but you can't we did not realize that once you started across the platform it auto save which won't allow you to go back and make the adjustment to the platform so make it across . The sad part when you start the level over you start all the way back from the start of the level. Which not right. You should start were you last save at the major save point in the level. At this point I am not sure if I will finish the game I am tired and so is my wife that we have start over from the start of the level. Not fair! Other that the game is great game. For this part I give you only three star rating at this point.

Honestly, I love the N.O.V.A. series. They're great games that you don't need to lug around a huge PC or console to play. They usually have a great multiplayer community, and this game is no exception. The combat is great, the level system is great, and everything about the gameplay is just all around great. However, I do think there a few problems I have found that I feel should be addressed. First of all, the multiplayer currency. It takes a really long time to get any when you are new to this game. Of course, as you get better and better it gets easier, but I still found it hard to get any when I had just started. On a similar note, when you press the plus button by the currency meter, it prompts you to watch videos. I wouldn't even mention this if it worked properly, but it doesn't. Most of the time it says that the videos are "unavailable at this time" and that I should try again later. You can see how this would be frustrating. Another problem I found is that sometimes I will start a server and my friend can't find it, even though he is using an apple device like me and I have started the game. Granted, it doesn't happen all the time, but it can be quite irritating. Most of these problems aren't huge though, and I strongly suggest that you download this game. You will probably like it for the same reasons I did.

This game is honestly very good. It is almost exactly like the Halo franchise. (If you like Halo, this is a game for you) The graphics are solid, the game runs smooth, and there aren't too many bugs. BUT, multiplayer in this game, is a little off. The lobbies are filled with super high levels that are obviously very skilled, have an advantage because they start with better weapons, and almost instantly kill you.
Another thing is that money is hard to come by. Not only do you have to be a certain level to get good guns, but you also have to spend in-game credits to buy them. The price is usually way too high for the gun.
Also, you can easily earn credits by watching a video... So you think. The reality of it is that you get a pop-up of some random game (it's a still picture by the way, not a video) then you can exit out of the add and nothing happens. 5 seconds of life= wasted.
Plus, this whole "friend" thing where you can invite people to your game completely fails every time. You can never get your friend to join or join them.
Now, this is only the multiplayer. The campaign is actually not too bad at all. Again, it's smooth, there's not too many bugs, and the story surprisingly isn't too bad.
Because of these reasons, I have given the rating of 4/5.
FIX THE ISSUES!!!!!

I love this game a lot. It's my favorite game on iOS. But u should be able to crouch in the game. 😝 it would make a big difference in the game. But overall it's a amazing game to play. It's free, the graphics are great, and it's simalar to halo. The multiplayer is always really fun. It would also be cool if you could switch from 1st person to 3rd person. It would be cool to add that. Even though it's my first time playing the N.O.V.A series it's by far a incredible game. I would highly recommend everyone to download this game. And just like every other game you HAVE to add in app purchases. And the video thing should stay but I check a TON and it always says video unavailable witch is really annoying. And please don't let anyone be to overpowered on multiplayer. 🙂 And you should be able to save in a mission so you don't have to restart a chunk of the mission😦. But just like I said earlier this is a AMAZING game to play.

I love this game and will surely never delete it. If you like Halo, COD, and Gears of war 3 like I do then you'll love this game. It's kinda like all those put together and the challenges just get better. Overall it's very interesting art work and graphics, the control is great tho is hard to get used to at first. The game is difficult to maneuver if on your phone, but there's not so much lagging and there's not many annoying adds like in other apps. I would like to see different levels of expertise because it seems like the only level is on advanced or expert, so it is hard when you are first starting. Of course when you get better at it, it gets easier. One thing I don't like is that it takes up too much space in my phones memory and it's a bit hard to aim and shoot at the same time, maybe if the shooting tool would move to the other side when shooting, or another shooting tool so that I could shoot and aim. I love the music and sound effects and the story line. Cool looking characters and weapons.

Ok. Good job to the brand Gameloft for all of their success and all the joy they bring to REAL gamers. I have grown up with Gameloft. To Assassins Creed: Altiars Chronicles. And to what you have brought to us NOW. I am sooo happy that I could be able to live in a childhood that There are games as fun as just moving a joystick, and moving a steering wheel. I personally love Gameloft because of the games they provide us. All of my games on my phone is Gameloft! (Hint Hint). My games are N.O.V.A 3, Gangstar Vegas, Modern Combat 5, and Asphalt 8. Here are the things I like, and DONT like in these games. 1: N.O.V.A 3. No updates. What's pretty sad is that you guys help MC5 make an update on their game (sucky update) but you can't make your own? 2: Asphalt 8. It's perfect. 3:Gangstar Vegas. So I usually don't play GV a lot so... doesn't do me any harm. 4: MC5 Omg... You people have ruined that game everyone who play MC5. More LRG Noobs (MC5 thing) to annoy and make others rage. Gameloft should look at their Reviews. They have ruined the game. Do us all a favor and... LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

I love this game more than any game I've ever had on my phone. It's clearly the best first person shooter game on NOVA3 Store . I would just like to thank you guys for all the hard work you put into it . It would be AWESOME if you guys could maybe make more weapons and better customizations for your character besides changing color , maybe like changeable helmets , armor guns ,smaller detailing , it would be awesome too see some more maps too !!!! I love they way you guys make the maps there pure awesome !!!!! I love exploring them and finding every sniping point and every awesome area for going toe to toe with a shotgun it's just awesome and don't get me started on the graphics there so freaking awesome. !!!!!!!! The campaign is amazing to I played it until I beat it it was so addictive. The game is just so amazing the way it is and I'd just like too say thank again for all the hard work you guys put into the game for us see you guys later I'm gonna go play again !!!!!!!!!!

Probably the best game I've ever seen on IOS, It's A LOT like Halo and I FRICKEN LOVED Halo!!! In my opinion, this is the game of the year, nay, game of the CENTURY (that's 100 years) and possibly the game of the MILLENNIUM (that's 3 century's). Someone need's to call the guys from Guines or some other world record book and talk to them about this game!!!AND THE FACT THAT IT'S FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have only one problem... or two, depends on how you look at it... That/Those problem(s) are that no matter how hard I look, I can't find N.O.V.A. one or two ANYWHERE on NOVA3 Store and that annoys me a lot! But apart from that, this... game... is... AMAZING!!!(and really, the problem(s) I have with the game aren't with the game or even NOVA3 , just NOVA3 Store derping out on me.) I JUST CANNOT STRESS HOW GOOD THIS GAME IS ENOUGH!!!(or at least not without using inappropriate language and I still qualify as a kid so...) all I can say is that this game is amazing and if your wasting your time reading this stop and go play the game... NOW!!! I SAID NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the level where those guys are teleporting everywhere and you have to break the teleporters, after your friend says: "Deactivate their teleporters or they'll keep on coming." I have a 99% chance of falling through the floor. I'll send you screen shots if you want.

To start off, I have a very large vocabulary. But, I don't have any words to describe how AMAZING. This. Game. Is.
Too incredible for words!!!
And it's FREE?? There are people complaining about ads, there are some ads, but nothing too crazy; an ad when you die, maybe one on the title page, but that's understandable. It's a free game. Emphasizing on "free."
• BEAUTIFUL scenery, and involving atmosphere!
• Engaging soundtrack that fits the mood of whatever is happening!
• Smooth controls, and lag-free! (I'm on iPhone 4)!
• Fantastic gameplay, and pretty dang good graphics for an IOS game!
• Cutscenes that are well-timed and and superbly put together!
• Interesting story and a variety of characters along with wonderful voice-acting that keeps the story moving!
• Easy-to-use controls, intense first-person action and you can also use motion detection to look around! It's even cool when you die! (Then you come back.)
THIS MAKES FOR A FLAWLESS GAME!
Literally Halo for IOS. If you liked any of the games in the Halo series you will LOVE N.O.V.A 3!

this game is pretty wicked tbh it has some good graphics for a mobile game i like how they gave yelena some nice jugs and Rufus' face is some fine eye-candy if i do say so myself. It tells a shocking and heart-warming story about our guy Kal who parades around defecating on volterites and their civilization in general (big ups the the man Prometheus)
And the voice acting is just stellar, especially considering that gameloft probably hired a couple guys off the street to do it. The single player campaign is bigger than some console games they come out with now and the multiplayer is pretty polished. just watch out for the subhumans who use the rocket launcher and travel on foot for a total of about 4 seconds per match. and also don't use the mic if you aren't particular to hearing some malaysian kid's little brothers yelling incessantly.
but overall I think it's a really great game 10/10

Just amazing. I loved it. I know there are ads, but that is only a small price to pay for the free version. Is that by chance the only reason the premium version is $7? Man, I'd almost rather have ads. I love the new 3rd person view on the warthog like vehicle, the aiming is much easier. The mech is cool too, a little too shaky though and could be better with a 3rd person view as well. All of the characters are awesomely made (Rufus is the best). I do miss the NOVA 2 armor though. Oh well. Some issues I had were the huge amounts of vulgar language. I could handle most of it, but then Yelena dropped the F-Bomb. The language was not necessary to make this a great game. I'm kinda glad Yelena's dead too, not because of the last mentioning, but because she could get annoying. Kinda like Cortana. And I hope there's a fourth NOVA. Mahzrak giving you a crystal in his dying breath leads to something right? Anyways, amazing game!

Well there's a lot of things I can say about this game so I'll just go ahead and say the whole thing. So I've had this game for maybe 3 or 4 months and I've never deleted it ever. There's awesome multiplayer mode which is my fav. Also there's campaign mode. That has 5 kinda long stages. I love this game. I've beaten campaign which was pretty fun I guess. There's a lot of stuff u can get like jet packs, grenades, grenades that you detonate them when u want, and there's chemical grenades which slow you down. The weapons are really cool stuff like... Rocket launchers , a machine gun which you start out with, a rail gun, and there's a electricity gun there's a couple more guns but those are my favorite. I would totally recommend this game to any person who finds it out or see's it. Well that's what I think about this game. And whoever is reading this I hope you have a good time and have fun playing!!!!!!👍🏼

Honestly it will be always my game to play and worth wasting time on it I play multiplayer -online- and it contains 6 maps as I count them (lost world - last stand - badlands - warehouse - heart of the machine - scattered earth ...)
I hope we get a new update with new maps these maps are all memorized now and I really think it will be good if you guys add some new maps ...

New maps guys we need new maps and the fact that I have an iPhone 4s but can't communicant with other players in my same team NOVA3 says 4s why can't I use the communication and there is that problem when ever I enter point capturing badlands sometimes I fall over and keep falling what's that ? And you guys should think more about better update add more things to the game like weapons upgrades with good prices of cores new maps
But still it's my favorite app.

Ok. This bazooka and jetpack thing has to stop. It takes no skill to fly above people and hit them with a bazooka, and it's ruining the game for new players. I'm level 74 right now, and my K/D is 4.13. I have no problem taking the people who use that fighting style, but watching a level 1-40 get annihilated by someone like that just makes the game not fun for them. So many people use it and it's ruining this game. I play a lot of these games, and this is by far the best. I'm still having a hard time believing that there aren't any in app purchases. It doesn't even offer them!!! I really like this game, and the graphics and the fact that it actually has a good campaign and immersive multiplayer maps makes this one of my all time favorites! Get it! But if you find a bazooka b!tch, don't even play with them. I'm in the top 3,000 players in the world, and I don't even have a bazooka because it's stupid. Developers, please nerf the bazooka or make it so that you can't use a jetpack with it. It's just chasing people away who actually want to have fun playing.

I LOVE NOVA 3 SO MUCH!!! I am a very picky person when it comes to getting good games, there is not a lot of games that I totally enjoy, BUT THIS IS ONE OF THEM!!!!! First of all it is way better then the other shooting games that I played, second of all it’s is more like a game that you would play on a PlayStation or Xbox the a app!!! I’ve been searching and searching for a game that was no cost and that was quality, I’ve been signed up since 2015!!! 3 years later and I still love it!!!! I play it everyday!! Third of all, it’s very very very easy to adapt to, it’s not difficult at all (this is coming from a person who is bad with technology and adapting to new things). And lastly, ITS FREE WHY NOT TRY IT??????

I really enjoy this game, in fact it’s the only first person shooter game I have found that I actually really REALLY like. The best part is the multiplayer part of the game, where you can battle other people. The longer you play the better your guy gets, and you can get stuff with the “game” coins like guns and even a jet pack. The jet pack is dope because it opens up a whole new world to you, as you can finally go to new heights. You can even roam around in the glitches, if your slick. However, I had to rate this game 1 star because I can no longer play it. I finally upgraded my old iPhone 5s to a 6s and apparently this game can’t run with IOS 11. I’m so bummed. Now I have to play this game called MC5, it’s the only first person shooter game, with multiplayer, I’ve found. Yet, I don't spend hours playing it like I would with nova 3. Also, I wish Nova 3s microphone idea worked better, I like the concept of being able to hear each other as you play. Mostly, you just hear nothing or muffled sounds. Also, some games have a chat room, which would be cool but I can live with out it. Anyways, I vote please make this IOS 11 compatible and I’ll give it 5 stars all day long. Thanks ✌️

I am a very picky man. NOVA3 is the very first app I have ever given 5 stars! And I have reviewed many popular apps, including, but not limited to Hay Day, Candy Crush, FNAF 1-4, and Smashy Road. Congrats! Anyways, off to the review. This game is very good. It is in that zone where you can tell it is based off H.A.L.O, but you can tell it is not a rip off of H.A.L.O. The campaign is awesome! It may seem like the game would have a crappy campaign, but it doesn't. The campaign is the best I have ever seen in any mobile game, ever. It starts simple, teaching you how to play very slowly, and then in the 3rd section, it gets interesting. The AI get gradually smarter, and more enemies are introduced, and allies! Gameloft, you have been known for surprisingly great graphics for mobile games, and it is still true for this game! Also, the campaign backstory is very deep for a mobile game, which is what I like in a game. I have however, seen lots of reviews complaining about ads, and I personally find them to be not as bad as some other games. Now, to multiplayer! Overall, very good multiplayer. Not much to say about it, except that it's good. So overall, I recommend NOVA3 highly! It is amazing for a free app, and I specialize in rating free apps. Best game so far.

Once again game loft has reined another game. The kicker is, that this time it's not with in app purchases.
I was extremely upset when playing along there are multiply bad words! I mean, game loft! You are better than this. When I first started playing I was playing with a friend on local wifi, but when my friend had to leave I thought what the heck I'll do campaign. We'll it didn't take much and bad words were all over the place. I started out playing and this game was high on my list, but as soon as I started campaigning it went bellow the bottom. Come on game loft! I deleted this and am going to tell all my friends to not get this! All because you had to put bad words in there. What NOVA3 shows is that game loft can't make a good game without it being a money sucker.

Ok, so to start with the review I will say that this game is one of the best FPS (first person shooter) games I have ever played, and I HIGHLY recommend it. it is very similar to the H.A.L.O. Games, so if you like H.A.L.O. Then this game is for you. I have beaten the campaign mode, and it was actually very good. And for those of you who might worry about it being to long or easy, don't worry, it is very challenging and is not short at all. The campaign is made up of 8 semi-long levels, where the main character, Kal wardin, must fight against the Alien race of volterites in order to secure human independence. However, overall, I prefer multiplayer over campaign mode. The multiplayer is very challenging, since many of the people you are fighting are very experienced. Now, to end this monster of a review, I will say that this game is a very challenging and amazing game, and I recommend it to anyone who like's FPS games, or anyone who just flat-out likes a good challenge. Anyway, keep up the good work, bye!
